Biden’s Historic Clemency Action Shocks the Nation

Clear Facts
- President Joe Biden is commuting the sentences of 1,500 Americans and pardoning 39 individuals convicted of nonviolent crimes.
- This act of clemency is the largest single-day act in modern history.
- The clemency focuses on individuals who have shown successful rehabilitation and commitment to community safety.
In an unprecedented move, President Joe Biden has announced the commutation of sentences for 1,500 Americans who were previously released from prison and placed under house arrest during the pandemic. Additionally, he will be pardoning 39 individuals convicted of nonviolent offenses.
This sweeping act of clemency marks the largest single-day initiative of its kind in modern history.
Before Biden’s recent decision, the record for the largest single-day act of clemency was held by former President Barack Obama, who granted clemency to 330 individuals shortly before leaving office in 2017.
The White House press release emphasizes that the individuals benefiting from this clemency have demonstrated “successful rehabilitation” and a “strong commitment to making communities safer.”
“As the President has said, the United States is a nation of second chances,” the statement highlights. It further notes that the clemency power is a tool to “advance equal justice under law and remedy harms caused by practices of the past.”
The administration’s focus is clear: to assist those convicted under outdated laws and policies, particularly for nonviolent crimes.
“Federal convictions make it difficult to secure housing, jobs, educational opportunities, benefits, and health care; all essential to living a healthy and productive life,” the White House statement explains. Through clemency, President Biden aims to “unlock doors of opportunity” for those deserving of a second chance.
This decision comes on the heels of a controversial pardon granted to Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, on December 1. The pardon, which alleviated Hunter from federal charges, sparked bipartisan criticism, especially given President Biden’s previous assurances that he would not pardon his son.
The administration asserts that these clemency actions are part of a broader effort to reunite families, strengthen communities, and facilitate the reintegration of individuals back into society.
“Together, these actions build on the President’s record of criminal justice reform,” the press release concludes, highlighting Biden’s commitment to addressing past injustices and promoting a fairer legal system.

Again, total disregard for law abiding citizens who will live with these criminals. Meanwhile Mr. Biden and his cronies will retire to the beach where they will remain oblivious to the concerns of the American people. The Democratic Party knows not what they do!

Does his son “deserve a second chance”? Joseph Biden has been a great teacher of what NOT to do and say as president of our country! Especially to his son Hunter!
Is nothing going to be done with these two?
I and millions of Americans are working two jobs to put food on their table while Biden sits in his comfortable position and laughs! Why hasn’t more investigations being done about them?

Investigations have been going on in Congress by James Comer and Jim Jordan. At the end of the investigations, it will be to no avail because Biden has pardoned his criminal son and plans to pardon all other of his criminal politicians cohorts. He is an evil person and a criminal at least since he was a senator and probably before.

”Governor Gavin Newson, during his term in office, spared all 800 death row inmates by halting any executions. No matter how heinous their crime, his moratorium covers rapists, mass murderers, even those who tortured and maimed young children.
Eight months into his first term, Governor Newsom decided to commute the sentences of 21 prison inmates: 14 convicted of murder or attempted murder and 7 whose crimes earned them life sentences without parole.”
Leftists don’t really care about us law abiders,…… just thugs!

That’s one of the many reasons why our Founders gave us the 2nd Amendment. Now, just don’t get caught. Leftists and LIE-berals hate justice.

Joseph Robinette Biden had more than enough “second chances” to prove himself worthy of the Presidency, and it was his own Party that retired him against his will.

I am very disappointed in the decision to give a free ride to all these individuals. This county is becoming a country of the elite and then all the remainder second class citizens. Until we decide we will support term limits and make lawmakers accountable we are doomed. As far as Im concerned Biden has lowered the bar to Trumps level. Im not sure that the average American stands for anything anymore. We claim Democracy and we exhibit something very different.
