In a revelation that surprised many conservative figures, FBI agents were given permission to use “deadly force” if necessary during the seizure of suspected classified documents from Mar-a-Lago, the estate of former President Donald Trump.
Court filings unsealed by Judge Aileen Cannon clarified this “Operations Order,” which included an important “Policy Statement” regarding the “Use of Deadly Force”. The statement read, “Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary.”
Former President Trump and his supporters were shocked and enraged by this news. Trump shared his thoughts saying, “WOW! I just came out of the Biden Witch Hunt Trial in Manhattan, the “Icebox,” and was shown Reports that Crooked Joe Biden’s DOJ, in their Illegal and UnConstitutional Raid of Mar-a-Lago, AUTHORIZED THE FBI TO USE DEADLY (LETHAL) FORCE. NOW WE KNOW, FOR SURE, THAT JOE BIDEN IS A SERIOUS THREAT TO DEMOCRACY. HE IS MENTALLY UNFIT TO HOLD OFFICE — 25TH AMENDMENT!”
Responding to the growing controversy, the FBI issued a public statement emphasizing it adhered to “standard protocol.” “The FBI followed standard protocol in this search as we do for all search warrants, which includes a standard policy statement limiting the use of deadly force. No one ordered additional steps to be taken and there was no departure from the norm in this matter,” the statement read.
Criticism followed swiftly, with Dan Bongino, conservative radio show host and former law enforcement officer, dismissing the FBI’s assertion, stating, “This is absolutely a big deal. It was not a standard op. The raid was an unprecedented action with significant potential for confusion and conflict.”
Mike Cernovich, a conservative commentator, also aired his concerns, arguing that standard procedures shouldn’t apply to a former president under Secret Service protection. “It’s sketchy to see people acting like this was an ordinary raid and that usual policies would apply,” he voiced.
The documents further revealed that FBI agents were advised on how to handle the situation if Trump arrived at Mar-a-Lago during the operation or if the Secret Service team interfered with the FBI’s actions. The agents were ready to search each guest room as well.
Highlighting the potential risk, it was noted that Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland had authorized the raid, which could have escalated to a deadly confrontation. Legal expert Mike Davis echoed similar sentiments stating, “It’s even worse that Biden and Garland authorized this raid on Trump, knowing deadly force is ‘standard protocol.'”
In reaction, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) labeled the deadly force authorization “grounds for impeachment” of FBI Director Christopher Wray and Garland. Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) suggested he could summon Garland to testify before the Senate.
The Justice Department approved the FBI raid to search for suspected classified materials Trump might have taken to Mar-a-Lago after his term ended. Special Counsel Jack Smith has charged Trump with 37 counts that include willfully retaining national defense information in violation of the Espionage Act, making false statements, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy to obstruct justice, to which Trump has pleaded not guilty.

The Biden FBI claims it is a standard procedure to underline the aspect of being authorised to use deadly force, against a former President and his Secret Service detail over a disputable “offence” never dealt with in this way with any previous President in,, such circumstances.Absolutely outrageous !

It appears those who comment here are unaware the FBI coordinated with the Secret Service for the search, the Trumps were out of town, and the policies and procedures in place as stated as standard for searches. Crystal Clears here is anything but crystal clear. Bias is an understatement.

But at the same time, nothing was done about “classified Documents” dating back to “our poor old man with bad memory” time in Congress?
Why would a Congress member have access to copies of ” classified documents” that were that old? My question, have they checked ALL Congress members homes for “classified documents” in their garage?
Stored so securely in boxes next to their car? Sounds a bit one sided to me!
