“Feels Like the KGB”: Congresswoman Slams Biden’s DOJ
Clear Facts:
- Indiana Representative Victoria Spartz criticizes AG Merrick Garland for similarities between DOJ’s actions and Soviet KGB.
- Spartz, an immigrant from Ukraine, emphasizes the growing fear Americans have towards their government.
- She draws attention to the FBI’s extensive January 6th investigation and the “Russiagate” Trump investigation, comparing the latter to KGB-like tactics.
Rep. Victoria Spartz recently voiced her concerns about what she perceives as a concerning parallel between the Department of Justice (DOJ) under Attorney General Merrick Garland and the notorious Soviet KGB.
Spartz’s critique revolves around the idea that, akin to how the KGB instilled fear among Soviet citizens, the DOJ is cultivating a similar environment of trepidation in the US.
This verbal confrontation began when Garland evoked the memory of his Belarusian grandparents who fled persecution. With emotion evident in his voice, Garland recalled how some of his extended family were victims of the Holocaust.
In stark contrast, his grandmother found refuge in America, “Under the protection of our laws, she was able to live without fear of persecution,” Garland reflected.
“The protection of law — the rule of law — is the foundation of our system of government.”
However, Rep. Spartz, an immigrant from Ukraine, countered his narrative, insisting, “When I came here as a young person I believed in the value as an American not to be afraid of my government.”
She pressed Garland, asking if he recognized the growing fear of Americans, worried about prosecution from his department.
“Are you aware of that? … Are you aware or not?” she asked insistently.

SPARTZ: "Are you aware that a lot of Americans are now afraid of being prosecuted by your department? Are you aware of that?"
GARLAND: "Constant attacks on the Department…"

Attempting to address her concerns, Garland began to speak on the critiques directed towards the DOJ, only to be interrupted by Spartz.
She brought up the January 6th Capitol protest, conceding that while some might have had malicious intentions, many others were simply voicing their discontent with the government.
Emphasizing the magnitude of the FBI’s efforts to identify and investigate Capitol protesters, Spartz expressed her dismay at the raids on the homes of innocent Americans.
“People are truly afraid,” she stated, “And this is a big problem, when people are afraid of their own government.”
Spartz also delved into the FBI’s controversial investigation into former President Donald Trump’s alleged ties with Russia.
She highlighted how the probe largely relied on the Steele dossier sourced from the Democratic National Committee.
Drawing a stark parallel, Spartz proclaimed, “It’s like KGB.”
The congresswoman chided the DOJ’s swift action against Trump while appearing lenient towards others.
Her sentiment culminated in a statement of disbelief and concern, declaring to Garland, “That is danger to our republic.”
“It is significant danger.”

She is correct. I have never felt so alienated from my government in all of my life. The politicizing, the blatant corruption, the unrelenting witch hunts, none of which is even remotely legal. When Garland speaks, he doesn’t speak of the prosecution, he speaks of the PERSECUTION. Spartz is correct. If some oversight does not get back into the Department of Injustice, I fear the US, as I have always known it, will descend into the KGB framework she likened it to.

The DOJ and FBI are nothing but gangsters now. They should investigate themselves under RICO

I am glad to here her saying what many of us have been saying for a while now. J6 scared Dems because they are not quite ready for total control. Intimidation is the next step. probably more than Half of the population, the mask wearing brainwashed sheep are there now.

Everything the woman said was absolutely true but unfortunately she’s speaking to a bought and paid for politician who does not care what the American people think when it comes to their government. The difference she spoke of between the prosecution of Trump and the prosecution of Biden in stark contrast. I would very much like to hear more from the Congresswoman. So few in Congress are willing to speak out when it counts the most.

Spartz was spot-on with questions and issues with Garland! And to think Garland had been nominated to the SCOTUS! Thank God they saw through him then!! So, why can’t they see through him now!? The DOJ and FBI (and others) need to be steam-cleaned!! Spartz is 110% correct about them using KGB tactics to put fear into the citizens of the once-great country!!! But how can we get it back without bloodshed?! The Marxist-Leninist Dem-o-rats have the election process in their back pocket!!! Conservatives will not be able to get a clean election!!! The computers they use to count and the paper ballots have all been corrupted! The computers used have USB ports, that a thumb drive can be attached to change the count. The computers have WiFi, which allows any hacker to change the vote count. The computers that count the vote are wired into the internet, which makes them hackable!! There are way too many accessible means to corrupt the count!!! Oh, let’s not forget the ballot stuffing that we have photos of dem-o-rats in different states! And the after-hours of them bringing out suitcases that were stuffed with ballots! It should be that any ballot that has just one single vote gets disqualified. The ballot must be a completed ballot to be counted!!!

This country has become a quagmire of bad decisions, Monopoly spending in the trillions, and people who have no idea how to
Run this country. We are drowning in bad decisions starting at the top with a president who belongs in in a nursing home not the White House and filtering down to Obama who now runs this country again to our detriment. I fear all hope is lost for what used to be. A wild DOJ drooling to take a former president down along with political hacks in courtrooms across America who are an embarrassment to the rule of law. God help us all. Vote Donald Trump to save our once great country
