The U.S. Marshals Service successfully apprehended a fugitive wanted for probation violations and serious charges in Washington State.

Agents located the man hiding under a child’s bed after securing the area and making law enforcement announcements.

Bryant-Muellner’s arrest was linked to an April 2024 warrant for offenses like unlawful possession of a firearm, having a stolen firearm, fourth-degree assault involving domestic violence, and escaping community custody.

“Last night’s arrest reflects the strength of our partnerships and the teamwork among local, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement agencies,” United States Marshal for the Eastern District of Washington Craig Thayer said in a statement.

Thayer added, “With gun violence continuing to plague Spokane, every violent offender arrested and every firearm taken off the street makes our communities safer.”

This case highlights ongoing efforts to minimize violent crime and uphold safety through strong cooperation among multiple law enforcement agencies.
