Kamala Harris Faces Plagiarism Scandal Over Congressional Testimony and Book

Clear Facts
- Vice President Kamala Harris has been accused of plagiarizing material in her congressional testimony, as well as in her book “Smart on Crime.”
- Harris’s testimony on the John R. Justice Act reportedly borrowed heavily from a statement by Paul Logli, a district attorney from Illinois.
- Additional allegations include material lifted from a fictionalized story about human trafficking, originally posted by the Polaris Project.
Vice President Kamala Harris is facing serious allegations of plagiarism, which could undermine the credibility of her past work and public statements. An analysis has revealed that Harris’s congressional testimony and her book “Smart on Crime” contain plagiarized material.
The most glaring instance involves Harris’s testimony on the John R. Justice Act, where nearly 80 percent of her words were reportedly copied from a statement by Paul Logli, a district attorney from Winnebago County, Illinois.
“Virtually her entire testimony about the bill was taken from that of another district attorney,” the analysis noted, highlighting that the statements shared identical language, surveys, and even typographical errors.
Further complicating matters, Harris allegedly used material from a fictionalized story about human trafficking, originally published by the Polaris Project. This nonprofit organization operates the National Human Trafficking Hotline and had posted vignettes on its website for informational purposes.
Jonathan Bailey, a plagiarism consultant, has weighed in on the controversy, acknowledging that the situation is “far more serious” than initially thought.
“While there are problems with this work, the pattern points to sloppy writing habits, not a malicious intent to defraud,” Bailey clarified, suggesting that the issue lies somewhere between negligence and intentional deceit.
The allegations have been further substantiated by research conducted by Dr. Stefan Weber, a well-respected Austrian expert on plagiarism.
Despite the mounting evidence, Harris has yet to publicly address these allegations. As the situation unfolds, it remains to be seen how this will impact her political career and public perception.

Clearly, Harris is a liar and a cheater. People like this can’t be a president.

As far as I can tell, Harris is a liar of the first order. So far, it seems as if all her statements are full of lies and distortions. Trump did well in his previous work as our President and I think he will do well in his next stint as President, beginning with the election this November. As I see it, Harris has done nothing worthy of being elected as president of this great nation. Her first “job” in the federal government was to be the “border czar” which she failed completely to carry out. She has consistently proven her incompetence at every task she has attempted.

Democrats are the ‘C-‘ students who sit in the back of the classroom and cheat on tests and gossip during lectures.

This is nothing new for Harris. Her speeches are written by someone else and clearly she is unable to speak in complete sentences on her own. Professionals have looked at her repeating the same phrases over and over and have determined that this is a mental health issue. Others have commented on her drinking problem. I’m not surprised that this plagiarism issue has come up. We are tired of all the lies she has put out there. She never worked at McDonalds-she admits she “almost” worked at McDonalds and she didn’t come from a middle class family. Both of her parents were tenured college professors-that is not considered middle class. For her next gig I think she should look into acting since she seems to be doing it so well according to those who are in her corner. Actors are paid big money to be phony and she fits the bill for this profession. Then again she can look into being a madame since she does have experience sleeping with Willie Brown for years.

It’s no wonder she won’t answer questions on interviews, she can’t even come up with her own words in writing. She is pretty good at reading a teleprompter and copying and claiming someone else’s words in print. This is plagiarism in every sense of the word.
