Schwarzenegger Family Outing Highlights Impressive Changes

Christopher Schwarzenegger appeared visibly slimmer during a family day on the lake, as seen in photos posted by his sister, Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt. He was photographed shirtless in swim shorts, enjoying time with relatives including his mother Maria Shriver and brother-in-law Chris Pratt.
One image captured Christopher in the captain’s chair with a blonde woman embracing him, highlighting his relaxed presence among family. Katherine included her husband and children in other lake photos, reflecting strong family bonds.
“It was a big process,” Christopher said about his weight loss during a recent panel discussion.
He explained, “I started in 2019 when I was living in Australia… and I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities.”
Despite the visible transformation, Christopher stated that he hasn’t reached his personal goal: “I don’t feel like I’m an after yet. I don’t feel like I’m at the point.”
This is not the first time Katherine shared her brother’s transformation, previously recognizing him on National Siblings Day with a family photo.
Chris Pratt shared a prayer on social media, “Lord calm my restless mind. Quiet my anxious heart. Help me set aside distractions and choose what gives life and gives peace.”
He encouraged his fans to “touch grass” and spend more time in the real world, urging them to complete tasks and reach out to others.
Arnold Schwarzenegger reflected on Christopher’s progress, saying, “I could never go and say to him, you’re overweight. We just kept introducing healthy foods.”
He added, “We introduced him always to the gym… And then, out of nowhere, he decided that he wanted to be lean. And now he is. So that is of course fantastic, the self-discipline and the self-motivation. I always felt one day it will have to come from him — and it did.”
Arnold also shared playful comments about his son Patrick’s increased attention after his acting success, noting family achievements with pride.
