  • A Minnesota woman, Olivia Jensen, confronted ICE agents in Rochester as they pursued an illegal immigrant accused of child rape and murder.
  • Tom Homan announced over 12,000 illegal immigrants have been detained in Operation Metro Surge, recently brought to an end.
  • Jensen told ICE agents she did not care about the child rape and murder allegations against the suspect.

On Wednesday, Olivia Jensen actively tracked and confronted ICE agents engaged in an operation to detain a suspected child rapist and murderer in Rochester, Minnesota. The agents were targeting an illegal immigrant when Jensen intervened at a local Walmart, challenging the law enforcement process.

Tom Homan declared the conclusion of Operation Metro Surge, a large-scale immigration enforcement effort responsible for over 12,000 detentions. The incident comes amid ongoing debate about immigration enforcement in Minnesota after recent high-profile shootings involving federal agents and rapid response networks.

“Today, 2/11/26, I went to a NW area of Rochester after hearing that there was ICE activity in the area. I located the dark Gary Durango (Nebraska plates AXR754) with 3 agents inside following a woman in her car,” Jensen posted on Facebook Wednesday.

She explained, “They followed her to Walmart north where I interacted with them while completely staying within my rights. They took pictures of me and the inside and outside of my car for simply exercising my rights. I will share the video of this interaction below. They very clearly were running my plates and trying to obtain information about me in an effort to intimidate me.”

After leaving Walmart, agents reportedly followed Jensen to Claremont, where she claimed further intimidation efforts occurred. During that confrontation, Jensen called one agent a “race traitor” and continued to argue with the officers.

In response, an ICE agent stated, “If you actually cared, you probably would care about the child who got raped and the person who got murdered by the person we’re looking for, but you see, you don’t care.”

Jensen replied, “No, I don’t care.”

The heavy law enforcement presence and recent altercations have made immigration enforcement a central issue in Minnesota’s public debate. The incident highlights tensions between activists and officials striving to uphold national security and legal order.

She should have been arrested. What a disgusting woman. There’s no logic inside those people’s heads. So sad.
