Biden said he’d be ‘fortunate’ to have Trump as 2024 rival [Video]

- When asked if his foreign policy could be undone if former President Trump runs for reelection, he said he’d be “fortunate” to have him as his rival.

President Joe Biden said on Thursday that a rematch against former President Donald Trump in 2024 would be “fortunate.”
Speaking at a press conference at NATO headquarters, Biden responded to the question of the possibility of his foreign policy being undone by the next president, especially if Trump runs in 2024.
Biden replied, “One of the things I take some solace from, is I don’t think you’ll find any European leader who thinks that I am not up to the job. And I mean that sincerely.”
He shared how during the first G-7 meeting he attended, he commented that “America is back.” He was met with the question, “For how long?” from one of the country leaders.
“I don’t criticize anybody for asking that question. But the next election, I’d be very fortunate if I had that same man running against me,” he continued.
Biden explained that no matter how the media viewed him, he was determined to do “the right thing.”
Biden added that his focus on the next elections is to help ensure that Democrats maintain control over the House and Senate to ensure a continuation of his plans “of growing the economy and dealing in a rational way with American foreign policy and lead the world.”
Biden met with NATO allies, members of the European Council, and the Group of Seven (G-7) in Brussels to discuss their united response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
The Biden administration has praised the alliance’s coordinated efforts to provide aid to Ukraine and impose sanctions impacting the Russian economy.
Republicans have criticized Biden’s “slow” approach to providing assistance to Ukraine, but Democrats countered by pointing to Trump’s policies and rhetoric against the alliance.
Trump had maintained an “America First” foreign policy during his tenure. He often alienated allies by criticizing NATO and G-7 partners. The former president was also impeached in 2019 after he asked Ukraine to look into the Bidens’ business dealings in the country, in exchange for military aid.

It doesn’t matter who runs against, Lying Corrupt Quid Pro KING Joe. It doesn’t have to be Trump. It could be Mickey Mouse. The point is, no matter what corrupt Quid Pro says and does, the liberal commie Democrats are going down in 2022 and 2024. Every ill will brought upon the U.S. is directly due to Corrupt Quid Pro’s failed policies, on the Domestic and International level, from the open borders policies, to massive inflation, to Afghanistan.
