First bus of migrants sent by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott arrives in D.C.

- This is part of Abbott’s protest after the Biden administration announced that Title 42 will be lifted on May 23.

A bus carrying a group of migrants arrived in Washington D.C. on Wednesday. The group was reportedly sent by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott as part of his strategy to oppose the Biden administration’s revoking of a Trump-era border policy.
“By busing migrants to Washington, D.C., the Biden Administration will be able to more immediately meet the needs of the people they are allowing to cross our border,” the Republican governor said in a statement Wednesday.
Alejandro Mayorkas, secretary of Homeland Security, recently announced that the administration would end Title 42. The public health rule is the most sweeping border restriction enacted by former President Donald Trump. It was used since 2020 to curb the spread of Covid-19 by preventing immigrants from crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.
Title 42 is set to be lifted on May 23.
The border policy has prevented over 1.7 million attempts by immigrants to cross the border during the pandemic. DHS officials have already warned the public of an expected surge of migrants if Title 42 is lifted.
When asked about Gov. Abbott’s busing plan, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said last week that she was “not aware of what authority the governor would be doing that under.”
“I think it’s pretty clear this is a publicity stunt,” she added. “His own office admits that a migrant would need to voluntarily be transported and that he can’t compel them to. Because again, enforcement of our country’s immigration laws lies with the federal government, not a state.”
CBS News reported that the 24 migrants on board the bus had been previously processed and released by federal border officials to continue their asylum cases in the U.S. According to Sister Sharlet Wagner from the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, the 30-hour bus trip was paid for by Texas. She added that the D.C. dropoff “was a layover in their journey to other destinations across the U.S. where they have family members or friends.”

The open borders are totally destroying our country. I do not care where the come from, comes the right way, no mater what color, what race, or religion.
In Genesis, chapter 11:4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, the Lord himself set the borders ,scattered the people and gave them different languages. read verse 9 regarding Babel. Open borders are wrong, absolutely wrong. Follow our laws like immigrants use to do. I have watched the young men, with no wives or children with hem, flood our borers. Our borders should be protected. No one in any nation should have open borders. Let us go back to what The Lord himself set up. Genesis Chapter 11.

Fifty-three years ago, when newly elected Dwight Eisenhower moved into the White House, America’s southern frontier was as porous as a spaghetti sieve. As many as 3 million illegal migrants had walked and waded northward over a period of several years for jobs in California, Arizona, Texas, and points beyond.
President Eisenhower cut off this illegal traffic. He did it quickly and decisively with only 1,075 United States Border Patrol agents – less than one-tenth of today’s force. The operation is still highly praised among veterans of the Border Patrol.

Xidens and Obama’s past immigration E.O.’s are NOT law and can be ignored! The FED’s, TSA, DHS, US Marshall’s, Border Patrol and ICE, have been following ILLEGAL E.O.’s for over 13 years instead of enforcing “”existing”” immigration laws.
Arizona/Texas citizens continue to suffer the deadly consequences.
The Fed’s are cowards and traitors protecting their pensions instead of doing their sworn job and Congress lets it happen!
Arizona/Texas. Forget the lawsuits. That will take years.
Arizona/Texas Rangers, Police and their National Guards must kick all the Feds out, take over and seal the border!
That is better than changing diapers and getting shot at!
