Nancy Pelosi’s husband ‘violently assaulted’ at their California home [Video]

- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband was “violently assaulted at their San Francisco home early Friday morning by an assailant.
- Her office confirmed the House Speaker was not home at the time of the break-in.
- Paul Pelosi was rushed to the hospital for treatment and is expected to recover from injuries.
An assailant broke into the home of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and “violently assaulted” her husband, Paul Pelosi, her office said in a statement Friday.
“Early this morning, an assailant broke into the Pelosi residence in San Francisco and violently assaulted Mr. Pelosi,” a spokesman for Nancy Pelosi said.
Her office confirmed that the House Speaker was not at their California home during the invasion. The assailant was arrested by the San Francisco Police Department which is investigating the motive of the attack.
“Mr. Pelosi was taken to the hospital, where he is receiving excellent medical care and is expected to make a full recovery,” the statement from Pelosi spokesman Drew Hammill read.
The police have yet to reveal the details of the attack, including how the assailant got into the home. The extent of his injuries is not provided.
A Fox News host described the attack in a tweet as an example of how “crime hits everybody.”
In August, 82-year-old Paul Pelosi pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol after being involved in a vehicular accident in May. He was handed a five-day jail sentence in Napa County, California.
It’s not the first time Nancy Pelosi, also 82, has been the target of threats. Her San Francisco home has been repeatedly targeted by vandals in recent years.
In December, a North Carolina man was sentenced to 28 months in jail after pleading guilty to threatening to shoot the Democratic House Speaker.

Something is not “adding up”!! Paul Pelosi only had to do 5 days in jail after DUI vehicular accident.. but NC man received 28 months for only “threatening” to shoot Nancy? (Not that NC man wasn’t wrong just that Paul Pelosi could’ve killed somebody or a lot of somebodies.. or hurt them severely.. what about everyone’s life he potentially put in danger?! He will probably do it again because he can obviously buy his way out of everything!!)

A regular person on the street with a DWI would have had one first offense. Minimum of 1 yr probation, substance abuse counseling classes and random drug testing. And lose of license or a meter on the vehicle to have to blow before starting. There is no rule of law. It is who you are and that’s that.

While I do not condone what happened to Nutsy’s husband I can see why it happened even if her WILLFUL LIBERAL IGNORANCE won’t let her see it. When you put Criminals above everyone else this type of thing happens. Nutsy has spent Decades putting Criminals ahead of everyone else now she is paying the Piper. The attack was either a Criminal her actions set free or a victim of Crime trying to make her pay for setting Criminals free.

It seems like all that could be said has been said. So both attacker and victim were both in their underwear. Was the attacker so disappointed there wasn’t going to be a threesome, after all he screams “where’s Nancy”. Just doing some detective work here. Then he assaults Paul.

The only thing more horrific than this event is the President of the United States blaming the Republican’s. It is unfortunate the Pelosi’s home was not protected by private security and most unfortunate Ms. Pelosi held up the Supreme Court Justices security detail when Justice Kavanaugh faced threats over the Roe v Wade decision, which Ms. Pelosi and her party were against. This is an increasingly dangerous society we live in with the media and politicians ramping up the rhetoric.
