  • Roger Stone shared a clip of his recent meeting with former President Donald Trump.
  • In the clip, he seems to be heard warning Trump to watch out for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
  • DeSantis is considered a top contender against Trump in the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.

Roger Stone recently got to reunite with former President Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. He shared a clip of the meeting, during which he seemed to warn Trump about Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Stone seemed to have met Trump over the Easter weekend. In the short clip he shared on social media, Trump spots Stone and greets him with an embrace.

Stone says, “God bless you.” Trump then says they will talk later in the club, but before he leaves, Stone seems to say, “Watch DeSantis,” adding, “He’s a piece of …”

The clip cut off at the end, but at least one reporter who also shared the clip seemed convinced that Stone said, “He’s a piece of s***.”

Stone shared the video in a post to his verified Gab account.

He wrote, “Great to see the 45th and 47th President last night,” referring to a possible future presidential campaign.

The top contenders for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination seem to be Trump and DeSantis, although neither of them has declared a campaign so far.

In January, Trump told Fox News host Sean Hannity that any supposed feud he had with DeSantis was “fake news.”  He clarified that he has had “a very good relationship with Ron and intend to for a long time.”

Meanwhile, Stone has previously voiced his criticisms of DeSantis in the past.

Earlier this year, Stone wrote on social media, “Ron DeSantis Yale Harvard fat boy can’t get out of his own way. Not smart. Not honest and not going to be president.”

Stone, an infamous political operative, was pardoned by Trump for felony crimes arising from the investigation of Russian interference in the 2020 elections.

Roger Stone warns the Trumpster? There is nothing Trump can do in a primary for the POTUS. There is nothing written in stone for Trump. There is nothing written in Stone, because Trump is a former POTUS, everyone else needs to bow out. As the expression goes, all is fair in Love and War. No one should be mesmerized by Trump. If the voters want DeSantis it’s going to be DeSantis whether Roger Stone likes it or not. Besides, DeSantis doesn’t have baggage in his closet like Trump has, which makes DeSantis very desirable. Any good Republican Politician can p/u where Trump left off. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to secure the Southern Border, continue on with the border fence, round up all the illegals and deport them, make America energy independent again, and bring down the inflation. Trump is not one size fits all. At this point in time if Mickey Mouse were a Republican, Mickey could beat, Lying Corrupt Quid Pro KING Joe, then again Woke Disney would have Mickey Killed. Voters need to concentrate on the 2022 Midterms., and then again the House will have elections in 2024. The House and Senate have to go to Republican control, otherwise it won’t matter which Republican gets into the W/H.

Except for being Trump’s running mate…., DeSantis has NO CHANCE against Trump for the nomination or the Presidency. Donald will easily avenge his 2020 loss in 2024 no matter who runs against him…..!!! The vice presidency will make Ron a STRONG candidate in 2028…..!!! I predict the Democrats will run the laughable Butigage (Questionable spelling) as their losing candidate…., but there is a slight chance that Hillary may want to take a shot at the top spot again….!!!

Hillary?? Another loss for this corrupt politician. She will have both China and Iran in her pocket but a huge oss might finally end her career!!

I would wager DeSantis would turn on Trump in a heartbeat. Its all about Desantis whereas Trump is all about America and what’s best for her.

I hope that Trump doesn’t feel threatened by Desantis in a way that means he starts reacting to this feud that others are trying to start. They want them fighting so they can destroy (weaken) each other. Both HAVE to take the high road. DeSantis is a great governor and while I appreciate him as a governor much of his success is due to Florida’s agreeable legislature.

He would make a great VP and is where he is needed because 4 years will not be enough time to fix the mess we are in as a country. As VP he is best position of all to take over in 4 years. If not, then in 4 years we are back to its open field…………

That’s a VERY sensible analysis, IMHO! And a Trump-DeSantis ticket would be almost impossible to beat! And then, in 2028, when Trump is pushing 80, DeSantis will be in the cat’s seat for POTUS – and for 8 years, God willing! In any event, DeSantis’ future is VERY rosy no matter who runs in 2024!!
