On Tuesday Harris faced questions about another presidential campaign during Sharon McMahon’s podcast.
McMahon responded enthusiastically to Harris’s openness.
“That’s what I’ve been saying!”
“I closed the book and I’m like, oh, she wants to,” McMahon continued, “she’s just thinking about it—that was my impression. I don’t know if that’s what you intended, but that was my impression.”
Harris dismissed unfavorable polls against rivals like California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker.
Her signals hint at brewing Democratic infighting ahead.
