  • Cawthorn rants about being on a “mission” to expose GOP colleagues who “work towards another, self-profiteering, globalist goal.”

North Carolina Rep. Madison Cawthorn vows to take revenge against the Republicans who turned their backs on him. The 26-year-old freshman lawmaker lost in the Republican primary election on Tuesday.

In an Instagram post on Thursday, Cawthorn said, “It’s time for the rise of the new right, it’s time for Dark MAGA to truly take command.”

In his post, the congressman captioned a list of people he considers “America First Patriots.”

“This list includes the lion share [sic] of figures that came to my defense when it was not politically profitable. These are honorable men and women who are the type of friends anyone yearns to have.”

The list included Trump, Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, Matt Gaetz of Florida, and Paul Gosar of Arizona. It also includes Fox News host Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon and the National Rifle Association.

“There are other National figures who I believe are patriots, but I am on a mission now to expose those who say and promise one thing yet legislate and work towards another, self-profiteering, globalist goal,” Cawthorn continued.

He mentioned that “gentile politics” has ended. Therefore, “It’s time for the rise of the new right, it’s time for Dark MAGA to truly take command. We have an enemy to defeat, but we will never be able to defeat them until we defeat the cowardly and weak members of our own party. Their days are numbered. We are coming.”

In the weeks leading to the primary, Cawthorn has seemed to get involved in a new controversy every week. He was caught attempting to bring guns onto planes, potentially engaged in insider trading, and suggested that his Republican colleagues invited him to orgies and used cocaine. He also called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky a “thug” and his government “evil.” The most recent scandal was a nude video of him leaked by a rival PAC.

Despite receiving former President Donald Trump’s endorsement, Cawthorn lost his primary bid to state Sen. Chuck Edwards.

Did the Republican establishment turn their backs on Cawthorn. One shouldn’t make accusations against other Republicans, unless one can put their money where their mouth is. Furthermore Cawthorn brought more of this upon himself than the Republican establishment. It doesn’t sit well when a politician tries to bring a gun onboard an A/C on his carry-on, it also doesn’t sit well with voters when pictures surface of Cawthorn dressed in women’s clothes. Even if Cawthorn could explain it, the voters are going to think Cawthorn has a few screws loose. As for Dark Maga, I am not too sure I would go that far. People usually associate the word Dark, as evil, for example Darth Vader has been turned to the Dark Side. Lying Corrupt Quidpro KING Joe has turned to the Dark Side, get my drift. One should choose their words carefully.

Dark MAGA actually sounds sinister. I understand what he’s saying, although he may wish to find a better term.

Madison is young yet, he will learn, like all young people. He has good sense, but has done some foolish things, like all of us. He shouldn’t be blacklisted because of it. The demonrats are afraid of him, so they cook up every scandal they can to discredit him. I stand with Madison! You go Madison, expose all their corruption!

I’m with you. They always smear those they fear most. Like they did to Matt Gaetz, Marjorie Taylor Green, Kathy Barnette, Brett Kavanaugh and so many others.

This guy shot himself in the foot. It has shown me that he’s immature & far from being ready to hold office. He’s kinda like Biden—blaming everyone else for his flubbs.
Go home & grow up Cawthorn…

He is where he is at because of his own words and actions.

He is not doing himself any favor by calling out people that rightly criticized him.

This young man was inexperienced and the establishment should have nurtured and taught him instead of turning on him like rats that they are! Clean the swamp!
