Deputies arrested Matthew Zaccarino in the early morning on December 14 at a construction site marked with no trespassing signs.
He was reportedly wearing red lingerie while concealing a loaded handgun under prosthetic silicone breasts.
A responding deputy found Zaccarino near his open car door as he put on women’s clothing.
Zaccarino claimed he was going to a costume party but could not supply the event’s details or the names of other attendees.
He then allegedly refused commands, removed his bra and prosthetics, and reached into the vehicle.
The deputy handcuffed him and found a loaded 9mm pistol beneath the discarded items on the vehicle’s floorboard.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd described the scene during a briefing.
“We see this dude wearing a red lace bra, with prosthetic silicone breasts. Then we noticed he’s wearing a G-string, showing off the boys. You know what I mean?” Judd said.
The sheriff explained how quickly situations like this can endanger officers.
“Can you imagine? He’s mad at us for trying to find out why he’s wearing lace bras with guns and G-strings or G-somethings,” Judd said. “It was ugly. It was so ugly.”
Zaccarino was booked for armed trespassing with a firearm, loitering or prowling, and resisting an officer without violence, before being released on a $6,250 bond on December 16.
