Xylazine: The new deadly threat in the opioid epidemic [Video]

  • The DEA has issued a public safety alert about the rise in trafficking of dangerous drug concoctions containing fentanyl and xylazine.
  • Xylazine is a particularly deadly threat when mixed with fentanyl, and DEA has seized xylazine and fentanyl mixtures in 48 of 50 states.
  • Xylazine is approved for use in animals, but not humans, and can cause severe skin ulcerations and other health issues.

The US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has issued a public safety alert about the increasing danger posed by drug mixtures containing fentanyl and xylazine.

DEA Administrator Anne Milgram stated that, “Xylazine is making the deadliest drug threat our country has ever faced, fentanyl even deadlier.”

According to the DEA, xylazine and fentanyl drug mixtures place users at a higher risk of fatal drug poisoning, and people who inject drug mixtures containing xylazine can develop severe wounds that may lead to amputation.

The FDA has approved xylazine for use in animals, but it is not safe for humans. Repeated exposure to xylazine, particularly through injection, can cause severe skin ulcerations that are different from other soft-tissue infections associated with injection drug use. These ulcerations can develop away from the injection site. The DEA Laboratory System reports that approximately 23% of fentanyl powder and 7% of fentanyl pills seized by the agency in 2022 contained xylazine.

The DEA notes that the Sinaloa Cartel and Jalisco Cartel in Mexico are primarily responsible for the vast majority of fentanyl that is being trafficked in the US. These cartels source their chemicals largely from China.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has reported more than 1 million southwest land border encounters between October and February, highlighting the scale of the problem.

For those who refuse to repent, yes. But for those who do, God provides salvation to those who accept His free gift…..

The junkies that take this shit know if it doesn’t kill them they will end up getting their arm chopped off,,,,,Then people want me to get all emotional when one of them dopes themselves out. – I say so what? I have never seen anybody that didn’t know there has never been a happy ending to a dope story and these low drug scum know that when they take their first hit and sell their soul to the devil. I say good riddance when they OD.

Make it ALL legal and give them all the dope they want for free. Let them take themselves out. Normal citizens will be far safer with no dope heads robbing us and kicking in our houses to steal things so they can pay for their habit. The drug dealers would all go broke too and there would be less bystanders killed when they do their cowardly drive by shootings.

Democrats and their open borders make me want to vomit. Our children don’t even stand a chance with drugs these days. Traitor Joe and his administration are breaking the law every single day. Who’s going to be held accountable? Absolutely no one!

When will people wake up and our politicians pull their thumbs out of their arse and do something about this attack on our country. Neither China or Mexico are our friends, they are the enemy and will do anything to weaken and destroy us! No question, no doubt!
