The letter states: “I am sending this letter to make a demand that your client, former President Donald Trump, cease and desist from making public statements about my client which are both defamatory and likely to incite Mr. Trump’s followers to take actions against Mr. Biden and which could lead to his or his family’s injury.”
It accuses Trump of sending “thinly veiled calls to action to his easy-to-trigger followers.”
Trump had made comments implying that Hunter Biden deserved a “death sentence” for allegations related to tax crimes and lying on a gun license application.
He also commented on social media, suggesting certainty that the cocaine found in the White House belonged to Hunter and Joe Biden.
Earlier on Thursday, law enforcement closed the investigation into the White House cocaine incident, noting the improbability of identifying who left the bag.
Hunter Biden’s past is fraught with controversy, with well-documented struggles with drug and alcohol addiction.
He fathered a child with a former stripper whom he allegedly met at a D.C. strip bar and subsequently settled a child support lawsuit that barred the child from bearing the Biden name.

OMG you cannot make this stuff up. There was a picture presented in a Congressional hearing of Hunter, naked, with his manhood in a hooker’s mouth and they have the audacity to claim Trump is “defaming him” ???? He has done quite a nice job of defaming himself so it would be wise of his attorneys to just shut up and roll with it. WTH??

Every comedian and late-night show, joked about Hunter owning the bag of cocaine. Blow Biden boasted about bing a crackhead. As for violence, Trump is the element of RESTRAINT.
