Trump’s Trial Rigged? Shocking Admission By NY Attorney General

In a shocking revelation, New York Attorney General Letitia James has confessed that she and Judge Arthur Engoron had already decided the outcome of Donald Trump’s trial before it even started. This admission has confirmed suspicions that the trial is nothing more than a politically motivated witch hunt, aimed at sidelining Trump ahead of the 2024 elections.
James, a radical left-wing activist, has been on a relentless mission to bring down Trump since her tenure as AG began. She openly admitted to orchestrating a plot to accuse the former president of “financial fraud.”
The AG alleges that Trump and his business executives manipulated the value of his company’s assets to secure more favorable loans from banks, seeking a staggering $250 million in damages.
In a recently released video statement, James stated, “Before this trial even began, the judge ruled in our favor and found that Donald Trump did engage in years of significant financial fraud.”
She continued, “We uncovered throughout this trial, we revealed the full extent of that fraud. We introduced extensive evidence and questioned more than two dozen witnesses.”
However, the integrity of this trial is under scrutiny. No honest judge would ever declare someone guilty before the trial even begins, yet it appears that Judge Engoron, known for his anti-Trump sentiments, has done exactly that.
Judge Engoron has a history of boasting about his ability to singlehandedly decide the outcome of trials if he believed that juries had made the “wrong” decision. Further evidence of bias is seen in the fact that one of his law clerks campaigned alongside James at a Democrat event in 2022. His wife also posted several anti-Trump rants on social media during the trial, vowing that Trump would end up in prison.
Reacting to James’ admission, lawyer David Freiheit called for both James and Judge Engoron to be impeached for violating Trump’s due process rights. “‘Before this trial even began, the judge ruled in our favor.’ You know what that’s called? That’s called communism. That is called an absolute judicial injustice. She should be impeached. The judge should be impeached. The entire [case] should be thrown out,” Freiheit said.
Freiheit also criticized those who blindly accept the AG’s allegations, saying, “And my goodness, anybody sitting there saying that Trump is guilty needs to have their head examined because this has been the most egregious injustice.”
Donald Trump has consistently called out the obvious bias of the AG and the Judge. He did so again recently after several expert witnesses testified in court that there was no substantial evidence that Trump had committed any fraud. Trump pointed out that his “very conservative” financial statements actually prove the exact opposite of what the AG’s witch hunt accuses him of.
This trial, which has been a sham from the start, needs to be completely thrown out if these Democrat clowns want people to believe that they still uphold a fair justice system.

James, a radical leftist, has been hell-bent on bringing down Trump, using baseless accusations of “financial fraud” as her weapon.
However, the integrity of this trial is under serious question. Judge Arthur Engoron’s decision to declare Trump guilty before trial commencement is a blatant disregard for due process.
Lawyer David Freiheit rightly calls for the impeachment of both James and Engoron for this gross violation of Trump’s rights.
Despite the AG’s unfounded claims, expert witnesses have testified to the lack of substantial evidence against Trump.
This farcical trial must be dismissed to restore faith in our justice system.

The Democracy of our country lies in the 2024 election. If President is not elected and conservatives don’t win both chambers (at least one) our country is gone to communism, and I don’t know what will happen. The greatest country on earth is on the verge of extension. The only way it can be saved at this point is if the right people are elected to office and the deep state and the swamp are abolished. If you love our freedoms, then pay attention for who you vote. Hint, it is not Joe Biden and Company/

Except that, not one bank or lender claims to have been damaged. Who was damaged? How? Everyone got paid back on time and in full. Who exactly stands to get this $250 million if awarded? This is a civil case without a plaintiff. Just one more way this trial is a fraud!

This travesty is yet another contemporary example of what drove hordes of centrist democrats like me, out of the old DNC. History proves that ultimately ‘rats eat their own’. And when they jump ship, they squeal like it too. I am a supporter of the Constitution and our beloved USA in which justice is fair, balanced and equal. I am also prepared to fight like a dirty dog to beat those foreign infiltrators and their political converts/traitors, trained to lie, cheat and steal in every process to destroy true patriots and our beloved republic. My only solace is that these rats will be each other’s lunch sooner or later. Bon appetit.

The best thing that could happen to this court will be to have president Trump re-elected. Then maybe after removing the executive orders that Biden? signed, he will then bring the true insurrectionists to justice. Then after jailing them, rescinding their citizenship and deport them to China where they will be welcomed with open arms. Since they love socialism and communism so much they will be hailed as heros.

I still don’t know who was defrauded? THe banks even went on record and said there was no fraud. The banks involved got paid in full and on time.
Can Atty James prove who he defrauded? Who’s the plaintiff here – The only victim here is Trump. I’ve lost all confidence in our courts. This truly is a Kangaroo court. She wants to fine Trump $250 million. That’s what she’s asking but the judge makes the final judgement and the amount can go higher.

Yes a lawsuit sounds delightful. Take down both of them as a sitting President and then go after biden and biden and take them down. Build that wall along the southern border and extend it into the ocean 1/2 a mile or so. Then start to export the bad guys to China. They like those kind of people.

it reminds me of the colorado supreme court ruling where the appellate court found that an insurrection had occurred. It also reminds me that the government has no duty to prove that our elections are not rigged. if we stopped holding elections with secret ballots, it would not be easy to commit election fraud. They should publish the results of elections showing how everyone votes in elections. That way i know my vote was properly counted. As it is, they say over 81 million people voted for biden, and over 74 million people voted for trump. i don’t believe that many ballots were cast. too many people don’t believe there is a difference between republicans and democrats. they all enrich themselves while they are in office at our expense.

If I recall correctly, this crooked judge said MaraLogo was not worth 18 million$ as Trump said. Some big time real estate people said it was probably closer to ONE BILLION dollars. There are some vacant lots nearby that have asking prices around 200 million. Throw the AG and the judge out!!! On the positive side, this judge’s decision brought more people to side with Trump.

The NY supreme court needs to immediately disbar these two, put them jail for at least ten years, and overturn the trail refunding any money collected from Trump then paying him back for all attorney’s fees and his time for malicious prosecution. This would be the start of fair reparations.

This trial like the one in Georgia are nothing but Political. James and Engoron both should be Disbarred and BANNED for Life from the Law and everything related to The Law for LIFEh. That would include holding any Public office at any and all levels of Government. This applies to Willis in Georgia as well. Willis and Stacey Abrams did the very thing Willis is trying to put President Trump in Prison for. Alvin Bragg will set murders free but not a single person that does not toe the Democrapic Party line. He deserves the same as those named before Bragg plus the Death Penalty for being an accessory to every murder and rape that occurred under Democraps.

It just so sad that we have such corrupt judges and AG’s and lawyers who are so crooked. This case should be thrown out for such craziness–however we know that will not happen because of our corrupt justice system. The Dumocrats just cannot stand the thought of Trump being our next President-when we have such a controlled president now. But then again, lying, cheating and dishonesty are what we now have in our court system. That is so shameful-they Janes and Engoron should both be disbarred, immediately. To admit to lying by both of these nit wits should be enough.

Ronald Reagan said we were one generation from losing our country and he was correct. We are on the verge of losing it if the Democrats have their way and already it appears that we have passed the point of no return. Our country will never be the same, we have lost many freedoms already and foreign nationals from nearly every country has managed to come across our borders and “work” is not on their minds. Many are coming for the money that Biden has promised and they make no bone about this fact.
