Biden WH Waived Privilege for Willis Trump Probe

Clear Facts
- Biden White House waived executive privilege in September 2022 for Fani Willis’ team.
- Allowed former Trump officials to testify before grand jury on election matters.
- Willis disqualified from Trump case over improper relationship with prosecutor Nathan Wade.
- Wade billed $2,000 twice for 2022 White House meetings.
The Biden White House assisted Fulton County DA Fani Willis in advancing her probe against President Trump.
A top White House lawyer agreed to waive executive privilege, enabling Willis’ team access to former Trump administration officials.
This decision mirrored Biden’s refusal to claim privilege for the Jan. 6 committee.
“President Biden has determined, as he did with respect to the Congressional investigation of these events, that an assertion of executive privilege is not in the public interest with respect to efforts to thwart the orderly transition of power under our Constitution,” then-special counsel Richard A. Sauber wrote.
“This determination covers: events within the White House on or about January 6, 2021; efforts to use the Department of Justice to advance a false narrative that the 2020 election was tainted by widespread fraud; and other similar efforts to alter valid 2020 election results or obstruct the transfer of power,” he continued.
“The President believes that the constitutional protections of executive privilege should not be used to shield information that reflects efforts to subvert the Constitution itself.”
A judge dismissed Willis’ case against Trump in November due to her romantic relationship with Wade, creating an appearance of impropriety.
Records showed Willis paid Wade a higher rate than other experts, despite her claims otherwise.
Cell data revealed Wade visited Willis’ neighborhood 35 times in 2021.
“As many of us argued from the jump, Fani was colluding with the Biden WH, the Biden DOJ, and the J6 Committee,” former Trump DOJ official Jeff Clark wrote.
“Now the documents have come out providing that to be true. They were withheld from the GA defendants on spurious privilege grounds. A disgrace.”
Trump’s team highlighted potential coordination between Willis’ office and Biden administration.
Stay vigilant against such political weaponization targeting conservatives.

Regardless of your political position, there is no way to not be alarmed at this very blatant political sabotage. “Getting” your political opponent is not a part of our constitution, and such horrific abuse needs to be quantified, and steps taken so that it never reoccurs, regardless of who is in the White House.
