Putin threatens to deploy Satan II nuke missiles in January

Russian President Vladimir Putin has renewed threats to unleash the hypersonic Satan-2 nuke missile within weeks.
Putin’s statements came just before Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Washington to meet US President Joe Biden and members of the US Congress. It was the Ukrainian leader’s first international trip since Russia invaded his country in late February.
The Kremlin declared that Zelenskyy’s US visit indicates that there will be no further attempts at peace talks.
On Wednesday, Putin met with military chiefs to declare that he aims to deploy the RS-28 Sarmat missile, nicknamed Satan-2, in January. The missile is capable of striking targets at nearly 16,000 mph, meaning it has the power to obliterate the UK 1,600 miles away in just six minutes. The weapon can also carry 15 warheads, dropping multiple nukes in a single strike.
Politician Aleksey Zhuravlyov previously threatened to nuke Britain with the Satan-2 hypersonic missile in a matter of minutes and wipe out Finland in just ten.
Russia conducted a successful test launch in April. At the time, Putin claimed that the weapon can “break through any defenses” and would “force those who try to threaten Russia to think twice.”
Footage of the blastoff showed the 115-foot missile triggering a massive fireball as it launched.
The missile managed to travel nearly 3,600 miles — almost the entire length of Russia — in about 15 minutes.
Putin renewed the nuclear threats just before Zelenskyy’s US visit.
Zelenskyy’s trip aimed to seek “weapons, weapons, and more weapons” to strengthen Kyiv’s “resilience and defense capabilities” amid relentless attacks from Russia.
Missile and drone attacks have been targeting Ukraine’s water and energy supplies during the winter season.
According to US officials, Biden will not push Zelenskyy towards further peace talks with Putin.
On Wednesday, the Kremlin said it no longer saw any chances of conducting peace talks with Kyiv. Russian spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters that the continuing supply of Western arms to Ukraine is “deepening” the conflict.
Zelenskyy’s meeting with US officials was expected to last several hours. He was scheduled to visit the White House for a joint news conference with Biden at 2:30 p.m. (7:30 p.m. GMT) before heading to Capitol Hill to address a joint session of the Senate and House of Representatives.
According to White House spokesperson John Kirby, the agenda would focus on diplomacy and defense capabilities.
Prior to Zelenskyy’s arrival, Kirby told MSNBC, “Clearly we’re going to make sure that President Zelenskyy, when he leaves this country, knows that he’s leaving with the full support of the United States going forward.”

This whole Ukraine bullshit started from politicians funneling money from US tax dollars sent overseas and laundered in Ukraine.

Hypothetically, if California had the last remaining oil in the United States, if you aren’t a hypocrite, then you would feel Russia would be within it’s right to fund California and provide California with military assistance to stop the United States from exploiting California’s oil. And if you’re not a hypocrite democrat you would feel Russia would have rights to California’s oil, and have rights to starve the United States from that oil.

Nor do the United States have any right whatsoever to operate any sort of business or military facilities bordering Russia.

It’s easy to say “stop the war” but what Russia wants is unacceptable. If Russia is allowed to “have its way” with Ukraine, they’ll continue to try to recreate the USSR. However, I also think that if the 2020 election had gone differently, there likely would not have been another intrusion into Ukraine.
