AG Nominee Bondi May Prosecute Biden Family, Says Comer

Clear Facts

  • Former President Joe Biden issued pardons to five family members involved in influence-peddling schemes.
  • Rep. James Comer believes incoming Attorney General Pam Bondi could still hold the Biden family accountable for various alleged crimes.
  • Pardons issued by Joe Biden may not prevent future congressional testimonies from his family members.

As Joe Biden exited the White House, he left behind a controversial decision: pardoning five family members, excluding Hunter, who were entangled in influence-peddling schemes. This act of loyalty to his family has not gone unnoticed, especially by Rep. James Comer, the chairman of the House government oversight committee.

Comer expressed his disappointment and laid out the potential for further accountability. He emphasized that the responsibility now lies with the incoming Attorney General, Pam Bondi.

“The ball’s in [incoming Attorney General] Pam Bondi’s court,” Comer stated, questioning whether the administration is committed to holding the Bidens accountable.

Comer outlined several legal avenues that could be pursued against the Biden family, including violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, money laundering, and tax evasion. He revealed that IRS whistleblowers testified to his committee about unpaid taxes on millions of dollars received from foreign countries, highlighting the seriousness of these allegations.

“The Department of Justice could nail the Bidens for violation of Foreign Agents Registration Act,” Comer asserted. “They could nail the Bidens for money laundering. They could nail the Bidens for tax evasion.”

A significant point of contention is whether the pardons issued by Joe Biden would shield his family from future criminal charges. Comer criticized the preemptive nature of the pardons, describing them as “broad, blunt, covering anything and everything.” He suggested that this might be an admission of more extensive wrongdoing, including money laundering and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

“You know, the most corrupt thing about these pardons is that they’re preemptive, broad, blunt, covering anything and everything,” Comer remarked.

Despite the pardons, Comer pointed out that they ensure family members cannot refuse to testify in congressional hearings on the grounds of self-incrimination. This opens the door for further scrutiny of the Biden family’s dealings.

The possibility of the Biden family negotiating future deals to persuade Joe Biden to step down from the 2024 campaign was also discussed. Comer did not dismiss this notion, given his extensive research into the family.

“I do think that’s a possibility. Having researched them over the past two years, I would put nothing past the Bidens,” Comer commented.

Speculation about exit deals with Democrat donors to facilitate Joe Biden’s departure adds another layer to the complex narrative surrounding the Biden family’s actions and potential future implications.

Absolutely right, Joanne. I don’t know of any politicians more deserving of prosecution than the
biden crime cartel. It is only a shame that they can’t be tried for ALL of their crimes, and then punished by long jail terms for those crimes.

Joe and Jill both can still be prosecuted. Joe didn’t pardon Jill or himself. I’m sure Jill is far from innocent in the Biden families criminal empire. She was at the least knowledgeable and complicit in the families corrupt dealings and probably helped cover up these illicit dealings

It needs to happen. Justice needs to be served to the corruption the by-dungs got away with. When jotato was v.p. he’s on camera addressing the committee on foreign relations. Bragging how he got the Ukraine prosecutor fired for investigating his Crack head son.they should have ran that on the news, non stop.

Investigating and prosecuting actual crimes that were committed is not “lawfare”!
Made up charges and sham trials to harass and persecute for political/ personal reasons is “lawfare”.
What would be the deterrence from happening again if not addressed???

The new Congress should be proposing laws right now that will change the “presidential pardon” process. When the evidence is as clear as it is today concerning Joe Biden’s entire political career there needs to be codified methods to prevent the type of blatant misuse of the process. Politicians protecting politicians blatant crimes must not be allowed to continue. The abuse of political power is the most egregious of crimes. This is where it is imperative that “capital punishment” be the appropriate punishment.

Lots of speculation atop more speculation, but not an iota of hard evidence in this article.

The suggestion that the incoming Justice Department can be weaponized to prosecute anyone who received a pardon is beyond pathetic. It won’t happen, people. We still have a Constitution.

We do have a Constitution. However, corruption and crimes committed by politicians are the most egregious of all crimes because they go against every “in good faith precept”. The evidence against Biden is as unquestionable as any in the history of the U.S.A. Punishment for the most egregious, abuse of political power, must take extraordinary measures to punish that abuse. Things like quid pro quo, shake downs, and influence pedaling are the most common crimes committed by politicians. Thou not violent crimes they cause even more damage against society.

No sir Trump’s only supposed crime is his love for America. Biden’s crime is his love of our money. Try again lib.

You know nothing about Bidens or Mr. Trump other than lies made up by media and corrupt people. Get the beam out of your eye! There is not one person who has not done something shameful in their lives. You included. We can all change and most of us do change as we get older. We can’t change the past but we can change the future. It is time for forgiveness …those who don’t forgive will not themselves be forgiven.

Anything they could do to nail these people for all the very serious crimes they committed while Biden was Vice President, and President would certainly make me very happy. It’s not right that he can, with the stroke of a pen, get them off the hook for all the crooked money laundering, and tax evasion schemes they ran, with the Russians, Ukrainians, and, especially the Chinese, and just walk away from it. That would be a travesty, and a sinful way for the worst, most crooked President in our history to be able to get away with, not to mention the multitude of lies he told the people he was supposed to be looking out for, the American people that would have already been thrown in prison for doing anything near what he’s done. And, his worthless son Hunter, they all need to go down in flames for what they’ve done. That would make me very, very happy!!!!
