Terror Watchlist Migrant Apprehended at U.S. Border
Clear Facts
- A Jordanian migrant, Mohammed Hasan Abdellatif Albana, was apprehended near the northern border of Lynden, Washington, and is suspected of being a terrorist.
- Albana was deported back to Jordan on November 15 following immigration proceedings.
- During the Biden administration, over 300 migrants on the terror watchlist have been intercepted at the U.S. borders.
In a significant development, federal authorities have detained a Jordanian migrant at the U.S. northern border who is suspected of being a terrorist. The individual, identified as Mohammed Hasan Abdellatif Albana, 41, was captured near Lynden, Washington, as reported by ICE Enforcement Removal Operations in Seattle.
The circumstances under which Albana entered the country remain unclear. However, a U.S. immigration official has classified him as a “known or suspected terrorist.”
Following immigration proceedings, Albana was deported back to Jordan on November 15. This action underscores the commitment of ERO Seattle to national security, as highlighted by Field Office Director Drew H. Bostock.
“ERO Seattle is committed to the removal of noncitizens who pose a risk to the national security of the U.S. Our officers perform these removals dutifully as a part of a federal law enforcement effort to protect Pacific Northwest Communities,” Bostock stated.
This incident is part of a broader pattern observed during the Biden administration. According to Customs and Border Patrol data, over 300 migrants on the terror watchlist have been intercepted at both the northern and southern borders.
A report reveals alarming statistics. It states, “Under the Biden-Harris Administration, of the more than 250 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist who were encountered by Border Patrol at the southwest border between fiscal years 2021 and 2023, DHS has released into American communities at least 99, with at least 34 others in DHS custody but not yet removed from the United States.”
The report further highlights that immigration judges have granted bond to at least 27 migrants on the watchlist who entered illegally. Additionally, Border Patrol has encountered tens of thousands of migrants from countries with potential national security risks.
These countries include Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Pakistan, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan, and Yemen, among others. The report also notes the existence of nearly 2 million ‘gotaways’ since the beginning of the Biden-Harris Administration, which could include untold numbers of potential terrorists.
This situation raises significant concerns about the security of the U.S. borders and the effectiveness of current immigration policies in addressing potential threats.

Please stop using the word Migrant because none are these Illegal Aliens are actually Migrants. A Migrant crosses the Border Legally and has a 30 to 90 day work Visa and they only cross at the Legal Border Crossings. By Illegally entering they committed a Felony Trespass.
