Noem said.

She also called on the Department of Justice to prosecute attackers as domestic terrorists.

“People need to stop using their vehicles as weapons. This domestic act of terrorism to use your vehicle to try to kill law enforcement officers is going to stop.”

Noem told reporters.

Noem mentioned that organized groups are training individuals to use vehicles against officers and disrupt law enforcement activities.

Federal authorities have increased their presence in Minneapolis after uncovering a large welfare-abuse scheme valued at $9 billion.

During an earlier enforcement operation in December, demonstrators confronted officers, leading ICE to utilize paint-marking rounds until local deputies arrived.
