Clear Facts

  • The Sinaloa Cartel has been causing terror across the state of Zacatecas in the last four days, with numerous bodies dumped, vehicles burning, and fights with authorities.
  • The recent wave of violence is allegedly a reaction to the death of a local cartel leader and the arrest of over 26 cartel gunmen.
  • Zacatecas Governor, David Monreal Avila, has described the unrest as a response from organized crime to effective law enforcement, and as the cost of restoring peace in the region.

Over the past four days, the state of Zacatecas in western Mexico has descended into a state of terror. Violent acts carried out by gunmen associated with the notorious Sinaloa Cartel have instilled a pervasive fear throughout the region.

Government officials believe that the death of a local cartel leader has sparked this sudden surge of violence.

A notable incident occurred on Wednesday morning in the town of Morelos, Zacatecas. There, cartel gunmen dumped several bodies within the town, enacted roadblocks on prominent highways, hijacked several tractor-trailers, and spread makeshift road spikes.

“The number of bodies recovered remains unknown, but since Sunday, gunmen have dumped more than ten bodies in various parts of the state.”

The arrested individuals, primarily originating from Sinaloa and Durango, have been drawn into a volatile turf war with rival criminal organizations. The Zacatecas government has linked these apprehensions to a series of abductions and homicides.

The current wave of violence began on Sunday and has continued throughout the week. It consists of a series of shootouts, blockades, and the capture of numerous cartel members. During the first exchange of gunfire on Sunday, authorities neutralized a notable cartel figure known as El Gordo, or “the fat one”.

“Although his name was not released, government officials claimed that El Gordo was responsible for ordering a surge in abductions and killings tied to an ongoing turf war.”

In a recent interview, Governor David Monreal Avila of Zacatecas suggested that the escalating violence is a predictable response from organized crime to effective law enforcement. In his perspective, this is the unavoidable price of restoring peace in the region.

You won’t get that with the present admin. That would upset their fan/voter base. If we can elect DJT without Ryan and McConnell we might have a chance. Furthermore, I think free speech has gotten out of hand. Chanting death to America should be in the same classification as yelling fire in a theater. Deportation if not execution.

I don’t know why the Mexicans don’t bomb the cartel’s hideouts. The cartels do not deserve Constitutional trials or actions.

Time to put special forces at the border to combat the cartels. Give the cartels the war they want, and the deaths

The Biden administration impedes Border Patrol agents from fulfilling their duty?
    …………How? Not legally!

Obama and Biden Executive Orders, Deferred Prosecution edicts and DHS Janet Reno’s past memos can NOT void US Immigration Laws.

DHS and Border Patrol agents have been following ILLEGAL ORDERS since 2008!

Even Trump failed to deport all illegal aliens when the GOP controlled the Presidency, House and Senate in 2017 – 2018! The GOP RINO ledadership is complicit!

    WASHINGTON
George W. Bush isn’t the first Republican president to face a full-blown immigration crisis on the US-Mexican border.

Fifty-three years ago, when newly elected Dwight Eisenhower moved into the White House, America’s southern frontier was as porous as a spaghetti sieve. As many as 3 million illegal migrants had walked and waded northward over a period of several years for jobs in California, Arizona, Texas, and points beyond.

President Eisenhower cut off this illegal traffic. He did it quickly and decisively with only 1,075 United States Border Patrol agents – less than one-tenth of today’s force. The operation is still highly praised among veterans of the Border Patrol.
