What You Need To Know!

  • Eric Olshan, who was named by President Biden as the US attorney for Western District of Pennsylvania, was involved in an investigation into the bankrupt healthcare business, Americore, which Jim Biden, the current US President’s brother, allegedly siphoned hundreds of thousands of dollars from.
  • Olshan was previously the lead investigator in the criminal case against Daniel Hurt, who pleaded guilty to soliciting kickbacks from a rural Pennsylvania hospital owned by Americore.
  • There are concerns about potential conflict of interest as Olshan’s involvement in the investigation of Americore and Jim Biden might create a conflict of interest.

Eric Olshan, a Pittsburgh-based assistant US attorney, has been nominated by President Joe Biden to serve as the US attorney for Western District of Pennsylvania. However, Olshan’s previous involvement in the investigation into the bankrupt healthcare business, Americore, and the alleged siphoning of funds by Jim Biden, the President’s brother, has raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest.

According to The Federalist, Olshan was the lead investigator in the criminal case against Daniel Hurt, who solicited kickbacks from the rural Pennsylvania hospital, Ellwood City Medical Center (ECMC), which was owned by Americore. The former CEO of ECMC, Grant White, claimed in an affidavit that Jim Biden directed him to loan approximately $400,000 to finance repairs for his Florida beach house.

Jim Biden also allegedly withdrew additional funds from ECMC totaling about $250,000 but only repaid around $25,000 to the medical center.

ECMC went bankrupt and closed, prompting a federal investigation. Michael Frey, the president and CEO of Diverse Medical Management, has accused Jim Biden and his business partners of fraudulently representing themselves as “principal” for Americore, promising to provide capital to implement Frey’s business model for rejuvenating failing rural hospitals.

But after Frey worked with various medical groups to put the plan in action, Jim Biden and his partners reneged on their agreement, leaving Frey with costs of about $1 million.

He sued Jim Biden and the others allegedly involved in the scheme, before entering into a confidential settlement agreement with the defendants.

The Federalist reports that the U.S. attorney’s office in Delaware, which is handling the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden’s business dealings, is aware of Jim Biden and his wife Sara’s connections to the Americore case, but is not investigating the matter. Instead, the investigation into Frey’s accusations is being handled out of the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The Biden family is as corrupt as “La Cosa Nostra” ever was! It will take longer than “Citizen Joe” ever had in his lifespan to put them away, along with the corrupt FBI. But keep trying.
