In a revealing segment, journalist Christopher Rufo unveiled disturbing footage that highlights the infiltration of far-left ideologies within the Department of Education. The clips showcase efforts by activists to normalize child “sex work” and draw extreme comparisons between the American education system and concentration camps.

The footage documents DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) trainings conducted by the Equity Assistance Centers (EAC) funded by the Department of Education. These centers have received millions of dollars to support leftist agendas, subsequently influencing thousands of school districts nationwide.

“This is an institution that spends billions of dollars every year, and it functions in essence as a left-wing patronage machine,” Rufo stated. He emphasized that his goal in releasing these clips is to “show the extent of the ideological corruption” within the agency.

One of the DEI trainers is seen advocating for the destigmatization of “survival sex work” among LGBT youth, while cautioning against a system of “adultism.” The presentation stressed the “importance of sex work to LGBT+ survival,” particularly for marginalized groups such as black trans women.

The trainer criticized “adultism” as a cultural norm that silences and disrespects children, describing it as a system that perpetuates homophobia and transphobia. This perspective is part of a broader narrative within the Department of Education, which has embraced critical race theory and condemned American institutions as inherently racist.

One instructor went so far as to liken the education system to a concentration camp, stating, “sometimes I feel like I’m in this concentration camp and there’s the gas chambers everywhere.” Another DEI instructor claimed that the system is designed to harm minority children, emphasizing efforts to remove police presence in schools and defund policing.

The radical ideologies extend to personal beliefs as well, with one presenter encouraging her young daughters to “push through the white fantasy that is part of living in a white supremacist society.” Another activist praised Ibram X. Kendi’s assertion that the only remedy for discrimination is “anti-racist discrimination.”

Rufo highlighted the widespread nature of these ideologies, warning that even conservative-leaning states are not immune. “Wherever you are in the country, if you’re in a red state … you’re not safe from these ideologies,” he cautioned.

Critics have described the Department of Education as “a giant agitprop machine on behalf of these ideologies,” supporting calls for its disestablishment. Rufo proposed a solution involving block education grants to states and privatizing student loan programs, urging leaders to “crush, demolish, and then salt over the ‘research’ which is really just ideological production.” He stressed the urgency of these actions, asserting, “we cannot let this survive another four years.”
