A mother of two sons who died due to accidental fentanyl poisoning has criticized President Biden for his recent comments about their deaths. Julie Kiessling, the mother of Caleb and Kyler, posted a video on Wednesday night expressing her disappointment at Biden’s apparent lack of concern for the lives lost.
During a speech to Democratic lawmakers earlier that day, Biden laughed while telling the story of Kiessling’s sons and defending himself from comments made by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga. Kiessling called the president’s comments “unacceptable” and demanded an apology.
Kiessling testified before Congress on Wednesday about her sons’ deaths, which occurred in 2020 after they took painkillers that were unknowingly laced with fentanyl.
While several administrations have failed to address the drug and fentanyl crisis properly, Kiessling said that Biden is not blameless, citing a 22% increase in fentanyl deaths since he became president. She also called on him to do more to tackle the issue and address the influx of fentanyl coming into the US from the southern border.
In her video, Kiessling criticized Biden for laughing while telling the story of her sons’ deaths and accused him of mocking their loss.
She questioned his behavior and urged him to apologize, saying, “This is unacceptable, and our president needs to apologize to me, and he needs to be held accountable.”
She also called on him to show more concern for the lives lost and take action to address the drug crisis in the US.

Biden was not laughing at her sons deaths but at the stupidity that MTG showed in blaming him for their deaths. MTG is so clueless about everything she rants about that you have to snicker a bit if you are discussing or mentioning anything she has pretended to have some knowledge about. (green lasers, “Q”, Trump anything, another clueless individual. It is horrible to lose a child to drugs or gun violence much less all the other dangers of living in this society so trust in your creator that nothing in life is random and the disembodied life is far superior to this one. I hope she finds Gods grace and lives well for the boys.

Biden has just shown his true colors an umpteenth time and there will be more,.. Having laughed while speaking about the deaths of two innocent young people is about as low as he could go but he’ll do his usual stick his head in the sand until the media lets him off and goes after someone else. If you could get the liberal media to want to hold him accountable, he would be but instead you won’t hear about your family tragedy, he and they will deflect with more bipartisan BS or simply drop it and add on to the lies of what he’s accomplished in office. I am very sorry for you and Biden just “salted the wound” instead of being a leader and using this tragedy to stop the fentanyl/opioid problem in the US. A quick glance at Twitter will expose the lies regularly posted by those such as Pelosi on the great job Biden is and has been doing. Maybe you will open some of their eyes hopefully given this involves our nation’s youth and our country’s future but sadly, I do not think he cares at all about your or Americans’ suffering. Lobbying to hire IRS agents at a time like this in our nation’s history belies his interests and he certainly doesn’t even address his own son’s actions where he used Air Force One to make what appears to be treasonous actions. I am 92 years old, Have gone through many different presidents, but have never in my lifetime seen any president as unfit for office as Biden. What is amazing, is the Democrats who think Biden is doing a good job. He needs to be impeached, held accountable for what he has done to this country and jailed for the rest of his life. Illegals are pouring across the border by the millions, drugs by the tons, gang members and all kinds of criminals by the thousands, costing the taxpayers billions of dollars for all the freebees the taxpayers are having to pay for. Borrowing money from foriegn countries, and donated the money to other foriegn countries, no benifit to the American peaole. The National debt is now $3.4 trillion and going up by the minute. Interest on the money is $1.75 billion dollars a day and going up every minute. When we reach the point where we can no longer pay the interest, and it’s coming, the country will be bankrupt and there will be no more government programs, no money to fund the military, nothing. It;s scary to think what this country is going to be like at the end of Bidens term. It is even more scary to think that there are some people who would vote for him again if he should tun for a second term. God help us.

Exactly where did the kids get the pills that killed them?
Were they pills prescribed by a doctor or did they get them illegally?
Were they taking them for a legitimate ailment or just for kicks as an illegal recreational drug?
Just how is it the BOTH of them died of the same illegal drug overdose?
Again I understand the mother’s loss and it’s no laughing matter, and the flow of illegal everything coming across the southern border has to be stopped, but if her sons were acting like a couple of junkies the fault is 100% on the kids. – Sorry but that is reality.
It may be hard for a lot of younger people to understand but I come from a time where were dealt in absolutes and not relatives. Wrong is wrong and the “but everybody is doing it” BS won’t wash. I am a firm believer in the if-then syndrome. If you do THIS then THAT is going to happen. There are no pencil neck “do overs” in the real world. You can;t get away with saying everything bad is someone else’s fault. Reality is the consequences of personal responsibilities and actions are irrvocable.
If you want to avoid fentanyl DON’ T TAKE DOPE. There has never been a happy ending to a dope story. ….. and screw brandon. – This is no laughing matter no matter how it happened.
And I don’t care if telling it like it is upsets anybody. – Ignoring reality and unintended consequences is how my country got into the mess it is in.

One term for all elected offices. no office that is elected by the people shall have more than one term only. All elected offices should be paid salary by that district in which they are elected from, no retirement or medical after finishing office of any kind except SSN Medicare when they are old enough to receive it. All pay or salary should be the average mean income in the district from which they are elected. They may receive up to 10% more if they are doing an excellent job and listening to their constituents.
The US Senate is for six years. We need to add one more senator per state and re-elect a new senator every two years. Each senator shall be paid from the district in which they are elected. Their salary should be the average salary in their district and Few percentage points more, no medical after they finish their term during their term. They get the equivalent of SSN Medicare only, IF THAN WANT TO BUY IT OK nonetheless, they buy it
the House of representative they now serve a two-year term and some states have more than 30 representative this needs to be these needs to be changed a. state should have only 3 6 or 9 representatives only, here again a new ELECTED representative will be elected every two years so the officer the representative would now be six years and no more. Here again their salary will be like the senators above
Local elective offices such as City Councilman, mayor, county representative, County Executive an other. These offices will follow the same lines in their terms and salaries as stated above.
