Ukraine is welcoming around 16,000 foreign volunteers set to arrive in the country to join the fight against Russia, said Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky.

During Zelensky’s video address on March 3, he declared that Ukraine will continue the fight.

He added that the country has been “welcoming foreign volunteers” who wish to bolster the defense, as well as a constant stream of weapons and equipment from international allies.

“The first of 16,000 are coming to defend the liberty and life of us and of everyone,” Zelensky spoke of the volunteers. “I’m sure it will be successful.”

Over the weekend, Ukraine had announced that it was welcoming foreign volunteers into the “International Legion of Territorial Defense of Ukraine.”

Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, wrote on Twitter on February 27, “Together we defeated Hitler, and we will defeat [Vladimir] Putin too.”

In another video address, Zelensky noted that Russia has been firing missiles and bombs into cities since “they couldn’t achieve anything significant” with fighting on the ground.

Zelensky declared, “The enemy doesn’t have success at any strategic directions. They are disappointed and lost. Kyiv has lived through this night and another missile bombing hit.”

Zelensky said that it was “difficult” during the first hours and days of the war because they were “alone,” but they were “very strong and survived.”

Ukraine is only becoming stronger as they continue to stand up to their invaders.

“We will continue to do this and we will continue to stand. They were oppressed. They are doomed,” Zelensky declared.

The Ukrainian president also swore to “rebuild every house, every street, every city” once the conflict ends, with Russia paying “the full price for everything.”

Zelensky vowed that Ukraine will survive this just as it has powered through its long history of tragedies. He cited both world wars, the Chernobyl nuclear explosion, Russia’s annexation of Crimea, and the Holodomor famine.

“We don’t have the biggest territory…we don’t have nuclear arms, we don’t provide oil and gas to international markets,” he noted. “But we do have our people. We do have our land. This is what we are fighting for.”

Zelensky addressed Putin and urged him to “go home, to your home, protect your Russian-speaking people. Not all over the world—but in your own home. There are many of them there, some 150 million.”

“As for here,” he continued. “Glory to Ukraine!”

I’d like to see thousands of international fighters from the French Foreign Legion join the resistance in the Ukraine. Not to mention having NATO quickly allowing Poland to loan their planes to Ukrainian pilots in order to take out the Russian convoy before it reaches Kiev. This includes NATO backfilling any planes Poland might lose in this support of the Ukrainian neighbors.

Obama and Biden, and his cur offspring Hunter, should have stayed out of Ukraine politics. Enabling a coup in part of Russia’s former territory, then bribing it to join NATO c/w nukes, not to mention having Bio Labs on Russia’s doorstep……well that just cannot end well, and didn’t.

Just in time, the Nazi Battalions in Ukraine were having their numbers thinned out by Russia, now the can be replenished by the naive dupes.
