Tragedy in Arkansas Mansion Stuns After Divorce Hearing
Clear Facts
- Charity Beallis, 40, and two of her children were found dead from gunshot wounds inside their Bonanza, Arkansas home on December 3.
- The deaths occurred one day after the final divorce hearing between Charity and her estranged husband, Randall Beallis.
- Randall Beallis, previously charged with domestic violence, is not considered a suspect according to authorities as of Friday.
Authorities discovered Charity Beallis and her two children deceased after conducting a welfare check at their residence on December 3. The tragedy unfolded shortly after a court hearing regarding her divorce was finalized.
Charity had met with Republican Arkansas Senator Terry Rice earlier in the year and expressed concerns about her safety and that of her children.
Randall Beallis, an Arkansas physician, was arrested in February on charges of aggravated assault, domestic battery, and endangering minors. He later pleaded guilty to a reduced charge and received a one-year suspended sentence along with a no-contact order.
Deputies have stated Randall is not currently a suspect and his attorney reports full cooperation with law enforcement.
Charity previously wrote in a news comment, “I’m living this battle right now. I am the victim, yet I’ve been treated like the problem while the criminal — a local doctor — is being shielded by the very system that’s supposed to protect us.”
“I’ve tried to reach Prosecuting Attorney … but he won’t even accept a letter from me. My voice, as the victim, has been shut out,” Charity also wrote. “This is not just about me — this is about a system that protects offenders and rejects victims. Lives are at stake, including the lives of young children.”
Charity had filed for divorce after Randall’s arrest, seeking full custody of her children. Following her death, Randall’s attorney filed a motion to dismiss the divorce case.
Sheriff’s investigators report search warrants have been issued and additional interviews are expected as they pursue leads in the case.

Well, if she did then it will call into question if her story was 100% accurate. It would show she was mentally unstable the entire time.
It’s also possible he Hired someone to do it. No matter who, it’s really sad that the children were murdered. They didn’t even get a chance at life.
I hope that neither the mother nor the father are responsible for this.
