Representative Hoang Nguyen detailed an incident involving a ride to a vehicle where she felt physically trapped.
She described being held down by her shoulders until she complied with a demand to kiss López Chávez.
I said, ‘What are you doing?’ And she said, ‘Kiss me.’ She said, ‘I’m not going to get off you until you kiss me.’
López Chávez has denied the allegations through her legal representation.
Her attorney stated she is prepared to address the claims and would even submit to a polygraph test if requested.
