Biden to sign executive order to help secure abortion access

- The White House said the executive order would include “safeguarding access to reproductive health care services, including abortion and contraception.”
President Joe Biden will sign an executive order on Friday with the goal of protecting abortion access after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, the White House said.
Biden has repeatedly faced intense pressure from Democrats to act more aggressively on abortion. Many Red states had “trigger laws” in place that banned or severely restricted abortions in the days following the Supreme Court’s decision and more bans are expected.
The executive order would include “safeguarding access to reproductive health care services, including abortion and contraception.”
Biden is also expected to order the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to take additional action to protect access to abortion medication, emergency medical care and contraception, according to the White House.
The order will also seek to address concerns over patient privacy and digital surveillance, including taking steps to protect consumers’ privacy when seeking information about reproductive health care services.
The Biden administration will also call volunteer lawyers to “encourage robust legal representation of patients, providers, and third parties lawfully seeking or offering reproductive health care services throughout the country.” That representation could include protecting a patient’s right to travel to another state that offers the procedure.
The White House added that HHS will also consider actions to protect sensitive information related to reproductive health care.
“The guidance helps ensure doctors and other medical providers and health plans know that, with limited exceptions, they are not required – and in many cases, are not permitted – to disclose patients’ private information, including to law enforcement,” the White House said.
In the wake of the Supreme Court ruling, the president has said that his ability to preserve abortion rights is limited without the help of Congress.
“Until then, he has committed to doing everything in his power to defend reproductive rights and protect access to safe and legal abortion,” the White House said.

Instead of acting on killing babies why do he act on the disaster he has put the United States in. Like giving are oil to China when where needing it or the invasion of the border that he created ,are the formula problem that living babies can’t get. He doesn’t have the authority to override the SCOTUS ruling. The issue goes to the States. That is where the rightful authority goes, back to the people. Biden is playing God, king, ruler, over our country. He has no true pledge or oath to obide by the Law of the Constitution to make this order. Why isn’t Congress doing anything to stop his override of action? The democrats aren’t even showing up to do the work the voters are paying them for. They don’t even read the bills in depth. They tell the others to do it for them. They go about lying, playing around, partying, spending tax payers money, money that isn’t there. Then we are taxed higher to pay what they carelessly throw around. China and Russia along with other countries own Biden and his family. WHERE IS THE UPROAR?

You are right, Robert! It is time for ALL THose WHO LABEL THEMSELVES AS CONSERVATIVES, register to vote in November. Educate yourselves about the candidates; their voting records, not what they tell you how they voted for or against! Then go to the poles and vote! It really is not that hard. If you are mobility challenged, there are provisions for you. Handicapped ramps; even on some occasions, allowed to go ahead of able bodied persons in line. Don’t frequent the drop boxes, if there are any. Have the experience of hands on voting! Our prayer that more will leave apathy behind; we need you to stand up and vote how you believe. Don’t leave your job as a citizen of the greatest nation on Earth, for your neighbor to do for you!
