Chevrolet is celebrating the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary with the new “Stars and Steel” collection, which includes a unique Corvette to be auctioned for charity and 250 specially-designed Corvettes for collectors. The collection showcases American values of craftsmanship and patriotism, featuring cars solely manufactured in the U.S., including models like the Silverado and Colorado.
The “one of one” 2026 Corvette ZR1X will be showcased at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Winter Auction in January 2026, with all auction proceeds supporting the Tunnel to Towers Foundation for veterans. The exclusive series will also make its debut appearance at the Army-Navy football game in Baltimore, allowing the public to view these patriotic vehicles firsthand.
The limited edition run consists of just 250 Corvettes available in coupe or convertible formats, with distinct color combinations such as Arctic White with Santorini Blue interiors and black with Adrenaline Red interiors. Additional special features include American flag-themed stripes, numbered plaques, and custom wheels and interior accents.
“The Stars & Steel Collection celebrates a key milestone for the country that not only served as the birthplace of our brand but has also been its home for nearly 115 years,” Scott Bell, vice president of Global Chevrolet, said.
Chevrolet will also donate $250 to veterans-support nonprofits for each vehicle sold from the collection. Production is set to start in early spring 2026, with pricing details forthcoming.
The launch follows an Executive Order by President Donald Trump, coordinating national celebrations for the 250th anniversary, with upcoming events including a UFC match at the White House set for June 14, which also marks President Trump’s 80th birthday.
