  • Donald Trump confirmed during a question-and-answer session that he has received a COVID-19 booster shot.
  • His response garnered a few boos from the audience, which he simply waved off.
  • Despite the occasional boos, Trump has encouraged his supporters to take the vaccine and take credit for their development.

Donald Trump confirmed that he received his booster shot against COVID-19 last Sunday. But the news did not go well with some of his supporters.

When asked by former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly at a question-and-answer session if he got the booster, he said yes.

The former president was met with a few boos from the audience in Dallas. He then waved them off and repeatedly said “don’t.”

Trump noted that the uproar came from a “very tiny group over there.”

A clip of the conversation was shared on Twitter by O’Reilly’s new organization, No Spin News.

Trump has confirmed that he has taken the vaccine and the booster shot, and has since urged others to do the same. However, he opposed mandates that force people to be vaccinated, especially mandates issued by President Joe Biden.

Trump also urged his supporters to take credit since the vaccines were developed during his administration.

He told the audience members in Dallas, “If you don’t want to take it, you shouldn’t be forced to take it. But take credit because we saved tens of millions of lives. Take credit. Don’t let them take that away from you.”

The former president contracted COVID-19 in October last year and spent a weekend in the hospital. He then got the vaccine shortly before leaving office on Jan. 20.

Trump has since encouraged his supporters to also get vaccinated despite occasional boos.

Back in September, Trump was still hesitant about the booster shot.

He said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal, “I feel like I’m in good shape from that standpoint – I probably won’t. I’ll look at stuff later on. I’m not against it, but it’s probably not for me.”

Still, he confirmed that his stance has changed this Sunday.

Boo-ing, when Trump said he received a boo-ster shot, was silly and uncalled for.

its not anti vaxxine- its anti mandates, something good shouldnt require a hard seel,it sells itself.question is why do many med personnel and also dems refuse the shot???? its worth asking. if we had an honest unbiased news media who also covered how many got ill or died with the vaxx it would be another thing, but they dont.
