Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was tight-lippedwhen asked whether or not her 2016 presidential campaign spied on then-presidential candidate Donald Trump.

“Did you pay to spy on the Trump campaign,” Clinton was asked by a Daily Mail reporter in New York City on Tuesday. “When are you going to comment on the spying allegations, Hillary?”

Clinton waved at the reporter, refusing to answer both questions, while continuing to walk inside a building.

On Friday, Special Counsel John Durham filed court papers alleging that Clinton’s campaign paid a tech executive to help “mine” information “to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ linking Trump to Russia.”

In the filing, Durham claimed that Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann brought Trump-Russia allegations. Durham said the allegations “relied, in part” on the “traffic” that had been “assembled” from the servers — to the FBI and a second government agency, which has since been identified as the CIA.

In the section of the filing labeled “Factual Background, Durham ” states that individuals involved were “mining” traffic “and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump.”

Former President Donald Trump had an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital on Tuesday. He gave a fresh reaction to the recent filing predicting the developments are “just the beginning” of what’s ahead.

On Monday, Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said he expects ‘more indictments’ in Durham’s ‘Russiagate’ probe. He revealed that he’d seen information about Clinton’s camp’s “plan to vilify Donald Trump [and] to falsely accuse him of ties to Russia.”

Ratcliffe added that Democratic leaders including then-President Barack Obama and then-Vice President Joe Biden were briefed on the issue.
