  • 53 House Democrats voted against resolution declaring Iran state sponsor of terrorism.
  • Iranian schools gave students Persian Mein Kampf as prizes.
  • Regime uses faith for control via Basij benefits and intimidation.

Ben Shapiro reacted sharply to 53 House Democrats rejecting a measure to label Iran a state sponsor of terror. This vote shields a regime deeply embedding ideology through schools and mosques.

Benny Sabti recalled his school days in Iran.

“For being an excellent student, I received a Persian translation of Mein Kampf by Adolf Hitler,” Sabti said.

“They translated Hitler’s book into Persian and distributed it to students.”

Sabti, now an expert at Israel’s INSS, described Iran’s system shaping youth views on politics and religion. Schools promote Islam as superior across all subjects.

“Schools are heavily indoctrinated,” Sabti said. “In civil studies books, Islam was promoted as superior to all other ideologies.”

“You cannot separate any school subject from Islam,” Sabti said. “Not history, not geography. Everything is mixed with ideology. The only thing missing was adding it to mathematics.”

Banafsheh Zand called faith a mere tool for the clerical rulers.

“Faith for them is their tool,” Zand said. “It’s not the end all to be all. It’s a tool that they can hide behind so that they can carry out all their criminalities.”

The velayat-e faqih doctrine grants supreme leader total authority. Zand likened it to a mafia enforcing loyalty.

“It’s more like a mafia,” she said. “They use faith in order to keep people down.”

Basij militia offers jobs and housing to loyal poor families. Intimidation ensures compliance.

“If you are poor and you join the Basij, they give you benefits,” Zand said. “But you have to go along with whatever it is that they offer you.”

Regime agents monitor prayer in banks, bazaars, and offices.

“In banks, offices, public spaces and even in the bazaars, regime representatives walk between shops telling people it is time to pray and checking who is not attending,” Sabti said.

Sabti noted 16 propaganda bodies and efforts to export Shiism worldwide. A university converts foreigners to fuel revolution.

“There is a university dedicated to converting Sunnis to Shiism,” he said. “They bring people from Africa and South America to Iran, convert them to Shiism and send them back to export the Shiite Islamic revolution.”

Elites expose hypocrisy by living luxuriously abroad.

“Their children live abroad while the elites live in palaces in Iran and in other countries. It is hypocrisy,” Sabti said.

Fear grips society through vicious examples.

“Everybody is afraid of the police,” Zand said. “Everybody is afraid of their neighbors.”

Indoctrination wanes as public rejects regime ideology. Power persists via money, arms, and fear.

Urge Congress to confront this threat to American security and allies.
