  • UFO researcher Anthony Bragalia was able to obtain information that the Pentagon was testing UFO material.
  • The Defense Intelligence Agency provided test results on UFO debris as response to his Freedom of Information letter back in 2017.
  • The tests revealed that some debris possess “extraordinary capabilities.”

A Freedom of Information letter obtained by The Sun has revealed that the Pentagon admitted to holding and testing UFO debris.

Researcher Anthony Bragalia first made the information request to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) on December 2017. He asked for information regarding all UFO material they held and any test results they had done on it.

Bragalia said that he made the request after an article revealed that the Pentagon was studying UFOs under the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP).

“Material evidence such as UFO debris has been a focus of my research,” he explained. “My Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was very specific, seeking the test results of UFO/UAP debris, not material already known to science.”

The DIA was only able to respond this January 2021. They provided 154 pages of test results, including a mysterious “memory” metal called Nitinol, which remembers its original shape when folded.

Bragalia believed that the Pentagon was testing some of the debris from the notorious 1947 UFO crash in New Mexico, known as the Roswell incident.

“The inclusion of advanced technical reports on Nitinol is curious. Nitinol is a shape-memory alloy that ‘remembers’ its original shape when folded or crunched, and snaps back seamlessly and instantly,” he said. “This memory metal characteristic was reported by many witnesses at Roswell.”

Bragalia acknowledged that it was “stunning” that the US government admitted to retrieving debris that possesses “extraordinary capabilities,” including the possibility to make things invisible or even slow down the speed of light.

“The Pentagon has admitted to holding and testing anomalous debris from UFOs,” he said. “They have been able to learn some things about the materials of construction which hold tremendous promise as futuristic materials which will change our lives forever.”

However, Bragalia suspects that the agency has still withheld some information, such as the “chemical and elemental composition of the material as well as its origin.”

“I have determined that some portions of five documents must be withheld in part from disclosure,” he said. “They have omitted the names of the involved scientists as well, but I have since learned some of their names and will be contacting them.”

The DIA shared that Bigelow Aerospace, one of the Department of Defense’s private contractors based in Las Vegas, Nevada, carried out the tests.

The pandemic has forced the company to lay off all staff at the Vegas plant last March, however. All the personnel that Bragalia contacted also refused to comment. It is also not known where the UFO material are now kept.

“I suspect the material has been returned to the Pentagon,” he said.

Bragalia now plans to appeal for the release of the rest of the redacted information.
