The Indiana Fever closed out their regular season with a decisive loss to the top-seeded Minnesota Lynx on Thursday night.

The Lynx controlled the game from the opening tip and never let up against a shorthanded Fever squad.

The loss drops Indiana into a first-round playoff matchup with the defending champion Las Vegas Aces.

Clark entered the game needing just 11 points to become the first WNBA player to reach 900 points and 300 assists in a single season. She finished with two points, three assists, and four rebounds while logging only 18 minutes.

Indiana trailed 62-32 at halftime and never recovered after Minnesota extended the lead to 30 points in the third quarter.

Starting center Aliyah Boston was ruled out with a right lower leg injury before tipoff, and guard Ty Harris was carried off the court during the game.
