  • Longevity expert Gary Brecka discovered Dana White’s blood coagulated at room temperature with more fat than blood due to lethal triglyceride levels
  • White was diagnosed with hyper-homocystinemia, preventing his body from breaking down a critical amino acid and causing dangerous vascular constriction
  • Brecka predicted White had only 10.4 years left to live before implementing a strict keto diet and blood pressure monitoring program

Dana White, the powerhouse CEO behind the UFC’s meteoric rise, was living on borrowed time — and he didn’t even know it. That’s according to Gary Brecka, a longevity expert who spent two decades modeling mortality risks for the insurance industry before turning his attention to saving lives rather than calculating them.

Brecka revealed on “Hang Out With Sean Hannity” that members of White’s inner circle “quietly” reached out to him with growing concerns. The UFC president was falling asleep during critical business meetings, a red flag that something was seriously wrong.

The biohacker admitted he “tricked” White into getting comprehensive blood work and genetic testing. While Brecka told White he needed the tests to predict his life expectancy, he already suspected the worst based on existing medical records and demographic data.

White was suffering from sleep apnea, dangerously low blood oxygen levels, persistent aches and pains, and a host of other debilitating symptoms. But nothing prepared Brecka for what he saw when White’s blood sample arrived.

“His blood coagulated at room temperature. As a percentage, there was more fat in his blood than blood,” Brecka explained, attributing the shocking discovery to “lethal” levels of triglycerides.

The lab sent the blood samples for testing. At 1 a.m., Brecka’s phone rang — the kind of emergency call that tells you someone’s life hangs in the balance.

The results were dire. Brecka immediately booked a flight and landed in Las Vegas by 9 a.m. to personally deliver the news to White.

When Brecka rattled off a list of White’s symptoms based solely on the test results, the UFC boss was stunned. The diagnosis: hyper-homocystinemia, a condition that prevents the body from properly breaking down an amino acid called homocysteine.

High homocysteine levels irritate the interior lining of arteries, causing them to constrict and narrow.

“And if you make the pipe smaller in a fixed system, the pressure goes up. So his [blood] pressure wasn’t being driven up because there was a malfunction with the heart. It was being driven because the pipes were too small,” Brecka explained.

The vascular constriction triggered severe hypertension. Traditional doctors had been medicating White’s heart for a problem it wasn’t causing — the real culprit was his constricted arteries.

“They start to medicate the heart for a crime it’s not committing,” Brecka said.

Brecka immediately implemented a strict keto diet and comprehensive blood pressure monitoring regimen for White. The intervention came just in time.

“He wasn’t going to see 65,” Brecka stated flatly, based on his preliminary evaluation of White’s lab results.

Thanks to Brecka’s intervention and White’s commitment to the new regimen, the longevity expert was able to extend White’s predicted lifespan well beyond his initial assessment of just 10.4 years remaining. White’s transformation stands as a powerful reminder that even when the clock is ticking, it’s never too late to take control of your health.
