Video taken by Amber Heard showing Johnny Depp smashing cabinets presented at trial [Video]

- According to Depp, he didn’t intimidate Heard, saying “If she was intimidated, why was she filming? If she was scared to death, why didn’t she leave?”
During Johnny Depp’s trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard on Thursday, the jurors watched a video where the actor was shown smashing kitchen cabinets in a rage. He was also seen pouring himself a big glass of wine.
The video, which was taken by Heard, first surfaced in 2016. Depp is seen slamming cabinets and yelling “motherfucker” in his West Hollywood home.
In the video, Heard asks “what happened?” while Depp takes a glass out of a cabinet and smashes it closed, appearing to break the door.
“Nothing happened this morning, you know that?” Heard says before more smashing noises can be heard off-screen.
Depp poured himself wine into the glass and told Heard, “You want to see crazy? I’ll give you fucking crazy.”
“You got this going? You sic that shit on me, motherfucker?” Depp asks Heard when he sees the camera. Heard appears to laugh when Depp grabs it.
Depp filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife in 2019. He claimed she defamed him by saying she is a victim of domestic violence. Heard denied the allegations and accused Depp of physical abuse while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The video was posted on social media by Law & Crime. It has been live streaming the trial in full on YouTube.
Depp told Heard’s lawyer Ben Rottenborn he didn’t recall why he was upset with his ex-wife during that time.
When asked whether his behavior in the video was in line with the “Southern gentleman” image that others in the trial had depicted, Depp said he “strayed” from control over his emotions.
“I don’t know about anyone else, but I have had experiences in my life where one does stray from complete control over their emotions at times, and that is a very normal primal thing to do,” Depp said.
Depp stressed that he did not physically attack Heard. “I did assault a couple of cabinets, yes,” he said.
The actor was skeptical if Heard felt threatened during the incident.
“I did not try to intimidate Ms. Heard,” he said. “If she was intimidated, why was she filming? If she was scared to death, why didn’t she leave?”

Heard is no angel in all of this either. I can say one thing for Depp. He certainly is an exceptional actor, has for picking a soul mate, he certainly, knows how to pick-em. I guess if I had a wife like Heard, I would start smashing cabinets also. Probably would have burned the house down with Heard in it. Next time around, Depp Should find a soulmate void of Hollywood, as far away from Hollywood as possible. Try a female Doctor, Lawyer, Train Engineer, someone down to earth and of not of the Hollywood scene. Depp will be a better person for it.

She triggered his rages because she is a toxic narcissist, and the only way she could make him look bad was by doing it, portraying herself as a “ victim” when in fact Johnny is the victim! My son’s ex girlfriend did the same to him! Johnny should win his case, and SHE should be prosecuted for mental and emotional abuse of him! I stand with Johnny!!
