Hunter Biden lawyers urge criminal investigation of Trump allies over laptop data [Video]

- Hunter Biden’s lawyers on Wednesday requested criminal probes into former President Trump’s allies, including Rudy Giuliani, for accessing and spreading his personal data.
- The lawyers also threatened Fox News host Tucker Carlson with a defamation lawsuit.
- House Republicans vowed to investigate Biden and his family.
Lawyers for Hunter Biden are asking for federal and state investigations of individuals involved in accessing and spreading his personal data from his stolen laptop. According to multiple reports, a number of former President Donald Trump allies, including Rudy Giuliani, were accused of trafficking the information and using it to weaponize attacks against the Biden family.
The letters were sent to the attorney general of Delaware, the Department of Justice and the IRS accusing right-wing figures.
A separate letter was sent to Fox News and host Tucker Carlson. Attorney Bryan Sullivan demanded that the network retract reporting from last month’s broadcast or face a potential defamation lawsuit.
Sullivan referred to “false and defamatory” statements about Hunter Biden making rent payments to his father “in what Mr. Carlson implied was essentially a money laundering scheme” and separate suggestions that Hunter had unauthorized access to classified documents while at his father’s residence.
It is the first time Biden’s legal team has admitted that it was his personal data that was found on an abandoned laptop at a Delaware repair shop. House Republicans vowed to start investigations into the president’s son.
John Paul Mac Isaac, the repair shop owner, was accused of accessing the laptop in an unauthorized manner. Biden’s lawyers say Isaac provided the information to the New York Post for a story before the 2020 election. Hunter’s legal team also asked for investigations into Giuliani and Stephen Bannon.
Isaac’s attorney Brian Della Rocca slammed Biden’s legal team for attempting to direct attention away from Hunter Biden.
“After skimming the letters, the only thing I see is a privileged person hiring yet another high-priced attorney to redirect attention away from his own unlawful actions,” Della Rocca said.
Conservative media and Republican lawmakers have been fixated on the discovery of Hunter’s laptop since President Joe Biden started his run for office. The New York Post report says the laptop contains loads of documents, including damning business dealings, personal photos and private emails.
The FBI reportedly seized Hunter’s laptop in December 2019.
Republican lawmakers have sworn to investigate the president and his family when they take control of the House.

Would you like it if someone did it to you or anybody in your family because they didn’t like you or your politics? Would you like your private nude pics with your wife/ girlfriend shown on a propaganda entertainment tv show. How about your drug or alcohol addiction that you were going through rehab for and being mocked for it? Besides if you remember AG Bill Bar had already view the hard drive and found nothing incriminating of any wrong doing of him or his dad. Hunter Biden has been nothing but a crook since he was old enough to walk. His fathe too, probably. Both should be investigated to the fullest and brought to justice. Investigations are a waste of taxpayers money if nothing is done about it. These people are running and ruining this country and nothing is being done.

There was proof of illegal dealings, sexual filth (not “nude pics” as you so deludedly put it), collusion, blah, blah, blah, etc., etc. including incriminating details of fraud and corruption on that laptop. It was handed over to the FBI first for just those very reasons who did NOTHING, NADA, NULLA, NIENTE, NICHTS, ZILCH…..BUPKIS with the info. The entire leftist establishment is now blowing up because the Bidens have been “hurt”? BS. It is the duty of the repair shop owner to turn all criminal activity over to law enforcement good he made copies first so the Biden DOJ can’t hide the information from the American citizens and real law enforcement officials who are not on the Biden payroll

If there is nothing incriminating why bother being upset about the contents being reveled? He did after all abandon the unit and the shop keeper did the right thing turning it over to the FBI. Seems the only person that did not find incriminating evidence was AG Barr, interesting.

I’d say follow the money! And speaking of the money, the new digital dollar by Biden to replace our lifetime currency, people wake up. Biden has an electronic tracking system; they will know where every dollar you have come from and where it went. If they don’t like something you said or did, they can lock you out of your accounts.
I think it’s only fair that if this gets imposed on us American’s, then we should know where every dollar the government got from where, and where it’s going or where it went.
