Steve Bannon warns Biden of forthcoming hearings about Hunter’s laptop

Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon warned President Joe Biden on Sunday about what forthcoming hearings by House Republicans might reveal about his son Hunter Biden’s laptop investigation.

“Bannon Warns Joe Biden: Preserve This —Your drug addict sexual deviant son is a disgrace to his country—the country he sold out for cash —the upcoming hearings will put forth to the American people and the World what lowlife scum he is and you are …,” the ex-adviser of former President Donald Trump posted on Gettr.

In the post, he shared a Business Insider article that reported on the legal notices that Hunter’s attorney sent to Trump allies, including Bannon and Rudy Giuliani, who acted as Trump’s personal lawyer in the past.

On Thursday, Hunter Biden’s lawyer Abbe Lowell sent notices to14 people at the center of the laptop scandal. The notice asks them to preserve documents and data related to the president’s son.

The notice indicates that Hunter might take legal action over the spread of his private information.

“Abbe Lowell’s letter is a diversionary tactic,” Bannon told Newsweek on Sunday while Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello, told Business Insider that Hunter Biden’s counsel is “acting out of desperation.”

Lowell’s letters are “nothing more than an intimidation tactic designed to try to dissuade witnesses to the truth from speaking that truth,” Costello said.

The president and his son have been criticized by the Republican-controlled House regarding the laptop’s contents. Concerns about Hunter’s finances, ties to a Chinese energy company, and other reported foreign business dealings were raised.

“The Biden Crime Family is financially compromised by the highest levels of the CCP [Chinese Communist Party],” Bannon said Sunday, indicating that the “Laptop from Hell is a road map.”

“Cross that with bank records, travel records, phone/ email record and you pop the Traitors—traitors that sold their country out for cold hard CCP cash,” Bannon added.

The GOP-led House committee held a hearing on Thursday regarding Twitter’s decision to temporarily block its users from sharing New York Post‘s Hunter Biden laptop story. In October 2020, Twitter blocked sharing the Post’s article just ahead of the 2020 presidential election. The social media company cited that the story might be a result of an illegal hacking.

After taking the House majority after the 2022 midterm elections, House Republicans began their probe into Hunter Biden’s business affairs. Rep. James Comer of Kentucky, chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, issued a formal request for records related to the Hunter’s alleged foreign business dealings.

Last year, Bannon predicted that Biden will be impeached over the immigration crisis at the Southern border, the infamous laptop of his son, Hunter, and anything about Dr. Anthony Fauci.
