Clear Facts
- The FBI is investigating a leaked Defense Intelligence Agency report concerning the impact of President Trump’s strikes on Iran.
- Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth criticized media coverage, claiming it was intended to discredit the president’s success.
- The leaked report suggested limited damage to Iran’s nuclear program, but the White House and DIA officials disputed these findings.
The FBI has initiated an investigation into a leaked report from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) that assessed the impact of President Donald Trump’s military actions against Iran. This announcement was made by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth during a NATO summit in The Hague, Netherlands.
Hegseth expressed concerns about how the media presented the leak, suggesting that it was manipulated to undermine the president’s achievements. The report indicated that the strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities did not entirely dismantle Iran’s nuclear capabilities as claimed by Trump.
“We’re doing a leak investigation with the FBI right now because this information is for internal purposes, battle damage assessments,” Hegseth stated.
The report, based on information from anonymous sources, suggested that Iran’s nuclear program would only be delayed by a few months. However, both the White House and a senior DIA official contested these claims, arguing that the report was incomplete and did not accurately reflect the extent of the damage inflicted on the nuclear sites.
In contrast, the Iranian Foreign Ministry acknowledged that the nuclear sites suffered significant damage.
“This is a preliminary, low confidence report & will continue to be refined as additional intelligence becomes available,” a DIA official explained in a statement released by Pentagon Spokesperson Sean Parnell. “We are working with the appropriate authorities to investigate the unauthorized disclosure of classified information.”
When approached, the FBI refrained from confirming or denying any specific investigation, maintaining their standard protocol.
Hegseth further defended the effectiveness of the strikes, asserting, “Based on everything we have seen — and I’ve seen it all — our bombing campaign obliterated Iran’s ability to create nuclear weapons. Our massive bombs hit exactly the right spot at each target—and worked perfectly.”
He emphasized that any claims downplaying the success of the mission were attempts to discredit both the president and the operation.

CNN loves to lie to start the rumor mill. The left jumped on that report as the only true evidence because they hate Trump.

It would probably take something like a ” French Revolution ” to form a basis for a consensus of ideas to achieve a path for the future !!

Keep in mind that the French rewrote their constitution about every twenty years to try to make it better. But it never quite worked out for the better and revolution was the only solution.
