A student involved in the New Jersey school hallway attack on 14-year-old Adriana Kuch, who died by suicide days later, has been charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault. The Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said in a statement on Thursday that the additional charge was “based upon our ongoing investigation.” The case drew national attention after video of the Feb. 1 attack at Central Regional High School in Berkeley Township was posted online.
Adriana’s father, Michael Kuch, said in Facebook posts and to NBC New York that several students attacked his daughter while she was walking with her boyfriend in the hallway. He wrote on Facebook that a video of the fight was posted online and that Adriana, a freshman, had been tagged in it. He said he believes it was posted to “make fun of her online.” The four students involved in the assault were suspended and charged, and their names have not been released. NBC News does not usually name minors charged with a crime, even those charged as adults.
Triantafillos Parlapanides, who was superintendent of the Central Regional School District at the time of the attack, resigned a day after Adriana’s funeral services. The former superintendent had suggested in interviews with news outlets, including the Daily Mail, that Adriana used drugs and that her father had refused the district’s offers to help. In an interview with the New York Post, Adriana’s father accused Parlapanides of “blaming” his daughter and said drug counseling had not been offered to her. The father added that his daughter had experimented with a marijuana vape pen, but no other drugs.
The attack on Adriana sparked student walkouts in support of the victim and her family. Many students expressed concern about bullying at the school and called for greater attention to mental health issues. The case remains under investigation, and more charges may be filed against the other students involved in the attack.

So what criminal charges were made against the students who caused her death? Even permanent expulsion is hardly a charge if it’s done at all. I doubt any will be.
In our school district in Omaha, NE, suspensions and expulsions are often used against assaulted students who defend themselves, especially if they’re successful and the assailants are minority students.

All this bullying, black students almost beating students to death on a school bus & a 6’6″ 250 pound black high school student knocking a school aid unconscious then punching & kicking her until 4 or 5 people come to help & he screams he is going to kill her when he gets back has got to stop. Not punishing his g
these black kids because they are afraid & the msm & BLM telling them they hsve the right to hurt white people because they are owed tbe right to do this is a bunch of bull shit. White people are going to have to start defending their children themselves. If it would have been my child on the bus those kids would truly understsnd what a true beating was. Had it been my sister who the 6’6″ kid had attacked he would be 6′ under. If the schools & police are not going to stop this stuff then the ordinary person will have to by any means.

Look at the Crime rate on the Isle of Man, And the Punishment that can be handed out to offenders. The difference is why crime is so rampant in the USA and other parts of the world. Give parents back the control they had over THEY’RE CHILDREN back in the 60’s and you will see it change back.
