Illinois Man Accused of Secretly Forcing Miscarriage

“We are again saddened by the alleged criminal actions which resulted in harm to others,” Police Chief Jamal Simington said in a statement.
He added, “It is my hope the mother involved in the matter fully recovers and has the resources and support of this strong community in the future. The officers and detectives worked diligently and honorably through this very tough investigation.”
According to Judge Amy McFarland, Evans allegedly told police he “made the decision” for his girlfriend without her consent.
“Frankly, the number of pills demonstrates a lack of knowledge or consent,” Judge McFarland said at the hearing.
She further stated, “Evans wanted to effectuate his beliefs of what should occur in the absence of consent. That involved taking a life.”
The incident is still under investigation, and Evans is scheduled for arraignment on September 12.

Wait a minute….ABORTION IS not murder per multiple states… unfortunately, this argument can be used in court for defense. He is being charged for a homicide via the abortion pill. But the women can have an abortion and it’s considered not a homicide. In most states if a pregnant woman and her baby is killed it’s a double homicide. I am against abortion, and what this guy did is horrible, but the law of abortion is the big picture here.
