Hospitals Ignore Trump’s Ban, Continue Performing Child Sex Changes

Clear Facts
- Despite President Trump’s executive order to defund sex change procedures for minors, several federally-funded hospitals continue to offer these services.
- Some hospitals have halted new gender-affirming treatments due to fears of losing federal funding or medical licenses.
- Legal challenges against the executive order have resulted in preliminary injunctions, allowing some hospitals to resume offering gender-affirming care.
In the wake of President Trump’s executive order aimed at halting federally-funded hospitals from providing sex change procedures to minors, an investigation reveals that many institutions are continuing these practices. Despite the administration’s efforts, more than three dozen hospitals are still offering puberty blockers, hormone therapies, and even surgeries to individuals under 18.
A receptionist at Boston Medical Center confirmed, “From what I’ve heard of, nothing has changed with what our providers provide.” Similarly, a representative at Bay State Medical Center stated, “I haven’t heard anything different,” regarding their provision of “gender-affirming care” for minors. This term is often used by proponents of transgender rights to describe sex change procedures.
President Trump’s executive order, signed on January 28, seeks to cut federal funding from medical schools and hospitals involved in what he describes as the “chemical and surgical mutilation of children.” The directive mandates that federal agencies ensure institutions receiving research or education grants cease these practices.
However, some hospitals, like the University of Minnesota Health, continue to offer surgical procedures, with a receptionist noting, “For the top surgery, it looks like we are seeing patients 14 years of age and older.” Mount Sinai’s Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery also confirmed they provide surgical procedures for youth, with decisions made on a “case-by-case basis.”
Children’s Hospital Colorado cited ongoing lawsuits against the executive order as a reason for resuming child sex changes. A voicemail message from the hospital stated, “As a result of Colorado Attorney General joining the federal lawsuit filed in the state of Washington to block the executive order, Children’s Hospital Colorado will resume gender-affirming medical care, including puberty-blocking and hormone-based care.”
Legal challenges from states like Washington, Oregon, Minnesota, and Colorado have led to preliminary injunctions from federal judges, allowing hospitals to continue offering these services while the cases proceed. A separate lawsuit by the American Civil Liberties Union also resulted in a preliminary injunction, demanding the continuation of federal funding for these procedures.
While some hospitals, such as the University of Virginia and Children’s National Hospital, have paused new treatments due to fears of losing federal support or medical licenses, others remain committed to providing care. A representative from Children’s National Hospital expressed, “We are able to, of course, continue to provide behavioral health resources to your family to help deal with some of those big emotions that you’re experiencing in these big changes.”
The ongoing legal battles and varying responses from hospitals highlight the contentious nature of this issue, as institutions navigate the complex landscape of federal funding and healthcare regulations.

Take away the Doctors licences. Take away the grants for those aspects of the hospitals work. Sack any of the Board members who still want to oppose the properly elected President. Do not threaten it -do it.

Between six thousand and eight thousand dollars, roughly. To be clear, I work from home 10 to 13 hours a week, which is sufficient to fulfill my primary job duties. I was surprised by how simple it was.,. >>>

ANYONE that is for mutilating children should have lobotomies. Sexual confusion is and has been normal in kids coming of age. They grow out of it. The ones that want sex changes have been coerced into it by deranged adults. Kids are not capable of making such a permanent life-changing decision. It’s not a “try it on for size”. They don’t know that there’s no turning back if they change their mind. They don’t know (and neither do adult ‘experts’) what long term side affects will be. This is screwing with God’s creations. No matter what mutilations that are done and hormones that are taken, the individual is still the gender they were born as. They’re are just now freaks because of some Dr. Frankenstein lowlife maniac.

SHUT THEM DOWN. IT IS DISGUSTING THEY ARE CONTINUEING TO BUTCHER CHILDREN. THEY NEED TO LET THEM GROW TO 18 AND DECIDE THEN WHO THEY WANT TO BE. THERE ARE SOME OUT THERE THAT HAVE BEEN BUTCHERED AND NOW REGRET IT. STOP THEM NOW AND SHUT THEM DOWN. NOT A PENNY MORE.

All those poor children. They have no idea what a difficult life they will have ahead of them. These parents are among the most evil people in the world. It just makes me sick to my stomach.

If these hospitals are private and do not accept any Federal funds, then it’s up to the State and the Parents. I cannot wait until these abused children realize that their parents ruined their lives and they sue them. The ACLJ will be glad to help you. If children can declare emancipation and the parents are off the hook, then the parents can be sued for forcing these children to cut up their bodies. They are minors and the parents are responsible, now and at the day of judgement as well. Double Whammy!

If it is supposed to be such a great help to these children , why is the suicide rate for trannies so much greater then for those who are not butchered ?

Take away ALL federal funding, and cancel doctor’s and any specialist’s license involved.

That’s because the suicide rates for people who do not undergo gender transformation includes all those who are NOT gender dysphoric and are happy with their birth sex.
You’d get a very different result in suicide rates if you compare those diagnosed with gender dysphoria who can’t receive gender-affirming care with those who have received such care.

Mutilating a child’s body is not “care” of any kind. Get them the mental health care they need, to cope with the facts of life! And stop redefining words while you’re at it.

Remember when conservatives railed against Obama’s use of executive orders to get around Congress as unlawful and unconstitutional? Strangely, for some odd reason, they never say that anymore.
The real questions here are:
1. Is Trump’s executive order illegal? Judging by the restraining orders and injunctions piling up against it, it almost certainly is.
2. Will Trump obey the courts? His actions in the deportation cases suggest that he won’t.
The answer to these two questions will determine whether we still live in a “nation of laws, not men” and will continue to be governed by the Constitution.

Dr. Mengele died on a beach in Brazil, long after WWII. We know where these doctors are, prosecute them now. Mutilating children’s bodies is wrong, whenever and wherever.

Close these hospitals down and make sure these people performing and allowing these illegal procedures NEVER get a job again and the children are taken from these idiot parents.

Sex change does not change you male female or vias versa. It changes you from whatever your base genome is to neuter.
