BREAKING: Feds Investigate Eric Adams Over Possible Illegal Donations From Turkey

Published

Clear Facts:

  • FBI searches home of Mayor Eric Adams’ campaign consultant Brianna Suggs for illegal foreign donations.
  • Investigation scrutinizes potential ties and kickbacks involving a Brooklyn construction firm and a DC university, both linked to Turkey.
  • Items seized from Suggs’ residence include iPhones, laptops, and fundraising materials, but she has not been arrested.

In an aggressive move by federal authorities, FBI agents executed a search warrant at the residence of Brianna Suggs, a key campaign consultant for New York Mayor Eric Adams, signaling the start of a broad investigation into Adams’ campaign finances.

The focal point: illegal foreign contributions allegedly originating from Turkey.

The warrant, obtained by The New York Times, indicates suspicions of a conspiracy to funnel Turkish government funds into the campaign’s coffers. Federal eyes are also closely examining a Brooklyn-based construction firm and a Washington, D.C. university for their potential roles in the scheme.

The FBI is probing whether Adams’ campaign offered any kickbacks to the construction company or Turkish officials.

The possible violations listed include “theft of federal funds and conspiracy to steal federal funds, wire fraud and wire fraud conspiracy,” alongside concerns of foreign nationals illegally contributing to the campaign.

As agents sifted through Suggs’ home, seizing iPhones, laptops, and campaign documents, Suggs herself faced questioning but was not taken into custody.

Meanwhile, Mayor Adams, who has frequented Turkey on trips funded by its government during his tenure as Brooklyn borough president, abruptly cancelled a trip to Washington, D.C. to address the unfolding situation, though he has not been personally contacted by law enforcement.

Suggs, who spearheaded the financial arm of Adams’ 2021 campaign, amassing $18.4 million and an additional $900,000 for his upcoming reelection bid, has not been formally accused of any wrongdoing.

As the investigation progresses, the items taken from her home, including a folder conspicuously labeled “Eric Adams,” could prove pivotal in unraveling the extent of the alleged illicit contributions.

Mayor Adams, while asserting his campaign’s ethical integrity, remains uncharged amid this developing controversy.

My closing pay test changed into $8750 simply running 12 hours for each week. My neighbour have discovered the estimation of $15k for a long term and he or she works round 20 hours for seven days. I cannot agree with how ns02 direct it changed into as soon as I tried

Both Odumbo and Biden received millions upon millions of dollars (Odumbo 200 million + from the Saudis alone) of overseas money. FBI response? Pffffftt.

Once Adams called out Joe’s illegal migration problems in that he needs more money etc it brought the arm of the law to smear him. I think had he gone with the flow there would be no investigation.
Like Biden said “don’t F… with the Biden’s”.

Yes, but it’s when he circumvented Biden and went directly to Mexico’s El Presidente that he got in trouble. Simply payback time.
