WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • Russia shared footage of a nuclear-capable intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) being loaded into a silo launcher.
  • The video was released after reports of US plans to send an advanced Patriot missile defense system to Ukraine.
  • Russia has stated that a Patriot missile system would be considered a legitimate target.

Russia responded to reports of the US planning to send an advanced Patriot missile defense system to Ukraine by sharing footage of a nuclear-capable intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) being loaded into a silo launcher.

On Thursday, the Russian ministry shared the video, set in the Russian town of Kozelsk, on Telegram. They noted that the ICBM was a “Yars,” which has a nuclear warhead.

Russia previously launched a Yars missile in October, when its nuclear forces conducted launch tests.

The threat of using nuclear weapons to escalate the war in Ukraine has repeatedly been used by Russian President Vladimir Putin and his senior officials in an effort to stave off further aid from Western countries.

Last week, Putin remarked that Russia had not “gone mad” about their use, and remarked that it would not be the first country to use them.

The recent footage from Russia is clearly a response to U.S. plans to send a Patriot missile defense system to Ukraine.

According to CNN and The New York Times, U.S. officials are finalizing the process, which could be up for approval as early as this week.

Russia’s initial response was to wait for an official confirmation before reacting. It later stated that a Patriot missile system would be considered a legitimate target.

Russia’s key strategy has been utilizing missiles fired from the front lines. They have been targeting Ukraine’s cities, residential areas, and power lines, prompting Ukraine to plead for more air defense systems from its allies.

On Tuesday, a US military official noted that Russia has been facing dwindling supplies of modern ammunition and has since been resorting to less reliable, decades-old ammunition.

The official stated that this suggests that Russia can only maintain its current rate of artillery and rocket fire until early next year.

Everyone who hasn’t excepted Jesus as their Savior and repented, needs too, if eternal life is in your plan’s. It’s the only way to the Kingdom of HEAVEN. There isn’t any other way, no matter what any man, woman or child tells you.

Putin will be dead soon. He will use his last breath to press the button and send the world into apocalyptic annihilation. This is something that Hitler couldn’t do, so putin learned from that, and knows how to leave the world in a blaze.

Putin is just ‘woofin’ … he’s always had the Little Napoleon Complex so he’s just throwing a tantrum. He knows KNOWS he will be snuffed if he launches a tactic or global nuke…. but that doesn’t stop him from making a video then sending it out to enemies stomping his feet and saying, “… you better listen to how dangerous I am and fear my might, … I’ll do it by God, I’ll do it !”
