Massive Financial Gap in Biden’s Leading Super PAC: What’s Being Hidden?

A significant and perplexing financial discrepancy has been unearthed within President Joe Biden’s primary super PAC, prompting concerns about transparency and potential legal implications.

An investigation by The Washington Free Beacon divulged that Future Forward USA Action, a 501(c)(4), claimed to have given its associated PAC, Future Forward, a total of $15.3 million in 2021, as per IRS tax forms. However, in a bewildering mismatch, Future Forward’s reporting to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) reveals that they only acknowledged receiving a mere $3.4 million of this amount.

What’s even more alarming is that this isn’t an isolated case. As per The Washington Free Beacon, Future Forward has had similar financial irregularities in its reporting in previous years as well.

Anita Dunn, the senior adviser at the White House, once labeled Future Forward as “the pre-eminent super PAC supporting the Biden-Harris agenda and 2024 efforts,” as quoted by The New York Times.

However, the question on everyone’s mind is: where has this $12 million gone?

Jason Torchinsky, a renowned nonprofit attorney, expressed his concern to the Free Beacon: “It seems very odd to tell the IRS that you sent $15 million to a super PAC, but to only have that super PAC report $3 million.” If found guilty of underreporting such a significant amount, Future Forward might find themselves slapped with a hefty fine, as Torchinsky further elaborates, “FEC penalties are often assessed based on the amount at issue.”

Given these glaring inconsistencies, legal experts are urging a comprehensive investigation into Future Forward’s activities, as reported by the Free Beacon.

Furthermore, it was revealed that Future Forward operates without its own staff and relies on the staff from Future Forward USA Action. While this in itself isn’t illegal, more red flags arise when delving deeper into their financial reports. In 2020, Future Forward declared it received over $467,000 in in-kind staff contributions from Future Forward USA Action. However, this number is starkly inconsistent with the 501(c)(4)’s own reporting, which states a contribution of just slightly over $67,000.

Despite multiple requests from the Daily Caller News Foundation, there has been a wall of silence with no response from The White House, the Biden campaign, Future Forward, or Future Forward USA Action.
