Pennsylvania Court Ruling Confirms 2020 Election Fraud Allegations

The narrative that “Trump lost 60 election cases and the courts found no evidence of fraud!” has been circulating for nearly four years. However, this narrative fails to acknowledge that in most of these cases, the courts dismissed them without examining the evidence, often citing lack of standing for the plaintiffs.
“In every election case where judges have dared to look at the evidence, Trump has won,” and this trend continues with a recent ruling in Pennsylvania.
James Savage, the supervisor and chief custodian of the Delaware County Voting Machine Warehouse in Pennsylvania, filed a lawsuit against President Trump and two Republican poll watchers, Greg Stenstrom and Leah Hoopes, following the 2020 election. Savage accused Trump, Stenstrom, and Hoopes of defamation for discussing his actions in the warehouse, actions that Stenstrom and Hoopes personally observed.
According to the poll watchers, Savage was seen inserting a USB “v-card” into vote tabulation machines 24 times as the votes were being counted. Stenstrom publicly accused Savage of padding the vote totals with the v-card.
“James Savage is not an election employee. He’s just the supervisor of the warehouse where the machines were stored. He has no training to be able to work on election machines in any way, other than to carry them from point A to point B with a forklift and keep track of inventory of the machines. No one other than a designated county election official is supposed to be handling USB v-cards.”
Interestingly, 64 of the v-cards in Pennsylvania mysteriously disappeared as the Pennsylvania state senate was investigating the alleged fraud.
To win a defamation case, the plaintiff must prove that the defendant was lying. “Truth is the ultimate defense in a defamation case. You can’t defame someone if you’re telling the truth about them, no matter how malicious your intent might be.”
Savage and his lawyer withdrew the suit after the judge stated in a previous hearing that Stenstrom and Hoopes had made truthful statements about Savage. Specifically, Savage was untrained and unauthorized to insert v-cards into vote tabulation machines, and they observed him insert a now-missing USB v-card into machines 24 times while the votes were being counted.
“President Trump, Greg Stenstrom, and Leah Hoopes did not defame James Savage, because what they said about the 2020 election was true. It is TRUE that Stenstrom observed Savage inserting a mystery v-card into vote tabulation machines as the votes were being counted. It is TRUE that Savage was not authorized or trained to be doing any sort of work on the machines related to their operation.”
Instead of perpetuating the narrative that Trump has “lost 60 election cases,” we should focus on the truth. “Trump won the first three election fraud cases he filed in 2020, based on the evidence.” The subsequent dismissals were not losses, but rather cases that were never examined in the first place.
“Savage v. Trump et al is now the fourth election case since 2020 where a judge has bothered to look at the evidence of voter fraud. Trump has been victorious in 100% of the court cases where the judges have looked at the evidence.”

The mainstream narrative has long claimed that President Trump and his supporters have consistently lost election fraud cases, but the recent ruling in Pennsylvania tells a different story. The fact is, when judges examine the evidence, Trump has come out on top.
In Savage v. Trump et al, the judge affirmed the truthfulness of the defendants’ statements, exposing yet another instance of unauthorized election interference.
It’s time for the media to stop pushing the idea that Trump has “lost 60 election cases” and focus on the truth. When the evidence is examined, a different picture emerges. In all four cases where a judge has looked at the evidence of voter fraud, Trump has been victorious.
The recent Pennsylvania ruling is just another example of how the truth will always prevail, no matter how much some may try to bury it. We must continue to fight for election integrity and hold those accountable who attempt to subvert our democratic process.

They always say, the crap always floats to the surface sooner or later, this case once again proves this to be correct, they can try and bury it deep, but just like foscels they sooner or later they appear on the surface. All what’s happening in the USA is down to these fraudulent people, I hope they choked on their seven pieces of silver, their actions will have consequences that last far long than their silver will, they sold their country out cheap!

I believe, if we find that the 2020 election was truly stolen from the Republicans, meaning the Votes were tampered and selected by Dem. reps,
then I feel we as a nation should repeal and eliminate All Laws, Acts, Deals etc, that the Dems. conducted during their time as leaders an revert back to Pre-Obama, Clinton, Fake Regimes and Force those individuals to forego Any and All values meaning monetary or otherwise acquired during their reign.

The case, Savage v. Trump et al, has not been withdrawn. It is still ongoing, and the judge has not affirmed that the statements made by the defendants were truthful. In fact, the lawsuit alleges deliberate defamation and false claims by the defendants.

I suppose you also believe the Georgia lie! All that was there was sent home due to a ‘Flood’ which was nothing more than a small toilet leak. No reason to send anyone home but many of us saw the live video footage of the scanner pulling boxes of ballots from under a covered table and she scanned them in throughout the night.
When they arrived in the morning she was still scanning in the questionable ballots.
Minnesota Ballot harvester was questioned by a local news outlet regarding the ballots filling his vehicle. He stated that Illan Omar gave him cash to have voters vote for her and THE Party! A Somalian bystander commented “This how it’s done in Somalia, it should not be allowed here”
