NY Attorney General Ready to Seize Trump’s Assets Over Fraud Case

In a recent interview with ABC News, New York Attorney General Letitia James expressed her readiness to seize former President Donald Trump’s assets. This action would be taken if Trump is unable to pay a $354 million fine related to his civil fraud case.
James stated, “If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets.”
The fine, amounting to $354.8 million plus approximately $100 million in pre-judgment interest, was imposed on Trump by Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron. The judge ruled that the former president had inflated his net worth to secure more favorable loan terms.
Despite Trump’s intentions to appeal the ruling, he will be required to pay the fine as a bond to New York State before he can proceed with his appeal.
When questioned about Trump’s defense that the banks were repaid for all loans and there were no victims in the case, James responded, “financial frauds are not victimless crimes.” She did not identify any specific victims but described the fraud as “massive.”
She further stated, “He engaged in this massive amount of fraud. It wasn’t just a simple mistake, a slight oversight, the variations are wildly exaggerated, and the extent of the fraud was staggering.” James also posed a hypothetical scenario, “If average New Yorkers went into a bank and submitted false documents, the government would throw the book at them, and the same should be true for former presidents.”
James mentioned that she has her sights set on Trump’s building on 40 Wall Street, known as the “Trump building.” She said, “We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers, and yes, I look at 40 Wall Street each and every day.”
James dismissed Trump’s assertion that businesses would leave New York over the case. She countered, “Last I checked, tourism is up. Wall Street is doing just fine.”
In conclusion, James expressed pride in her case against Trump, as well as those of columnist E. Jean Carroll, and embattled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. She said, “Someone once told me if you want something done, give it to a woman.”

Not just sue them but charge them all with election fraud and high treason. Especially the wicked witch of the Midwest. Who was spying for China with her unprotected and unauthorized computer severs in her house. Don’t stop with the Clinton crime family. Continue with the Obama.crime family, and the Biden crime family. They have all committed high treason and need to receive the penalty for such crimes. When their bank accounts are seized and used to pay down the national debt, it would be good start on justice for the American people.

This was going to happen, regardless of the trial length. Because the judge is corrupt. Violated trump’s Constitutional rights to a trial by jury.but the judge refused a jury. Because he hates them. And said they never get it right. But he does. The jury would have been fixed any way. This is what a Marxist parasite run state looks like. And it can’t be tried in a different state. And the amount has to be paid before going to an appeal court. There’s no winning. The Supreme Court needs to step in.

I agree that the Supreme Court needs to step in. When a defense is not allowed to present their whole case, something is very wrong. And since Mr. Trump has paid back all loans, why is he being charged at all? He isn’t the only multi millionaire in New York. Who is next?

It shows their hate for Trump and using their office to punish him for something that most builders do. The bank ignores the amount that the business is worth so much, and they usually have their own check and come up with their own price. What if Trump pays and the appeal courts throw it out?I son’t think they will approve of such a steep penalty. It isoutrageous.

Even the Democrats know this is all a political circus, she says that tourism is up and Wall Street is doing well, but let’s just wait and see what happens, when the food riot’s start, when no truckers will deliver any goods to NY, when companies are laying off workers, because they cannot get materials, for their production lines, even getting their products out to the rest of the USA, they seem to forget that NY relys on fresh food being delivered from all over the USA, it’s just the truckers now, but wsit untill the train drivers refuse to deliver to NY, both the truckers and railways are all members of union’s, it would take muck to put NY under seage, they are already struggling with the illegal immigrants, stealing and many other crimes, wait untill they cannot get any food, the riots are coming, you can place a bet on that, any excuse with do. One company already left NY. If they do this to Trump they need to do it to all of companies in New York. Nobody is above the law.. isn’t that what they said. New York will end up being a dump. All the tax dollars be gone when the big companies move out.

Even law professors have said no one was hurt, no bank lost money and the AG ran for office saying she would get Trump which Jonathan Turley and Alan Dershowitz said it was a political witch hunt. He will appeal and I hope the bunch that are pushing this should be put out of office and in jail. This is the democrat party at it’s worst and I can’t see how any freedom loving American can vote democratic!

I guess she can’t read because all I read this morning is about businesses are scared and looking to relocate out of NY and not doing business with the state. Also everyone I have talked to is avoiding NY as a vacation because they fear for their life with the rampant crime and lack of prosecution of criminals.

Talk about weaponization of the political offices in this country! But it goes both ways: I hope that when Trump wins, he puts that vulture into a poor house. I dislike numerous Trump’s policies, but I’ll vote for him hoping that he would be eager to drain the political swamp to save his skin.

Trump needs to sell all of his assets in New York, cease doing business in New York, lay off all employees in his businesses in New York and let the NY Governor and Attorney General figure out how to support the mass of illegals they welcomed into their “sanctuary”. He can relocate to Florida or Texas where he and his business would be welcome.

This Letitia James and that judge Engeron are in my opinion the personification of what I would call corrupt and dishonest public officials and they should be disbarred. They are both scumbagsin my opinion.
