The congressman cited the perceived double standards within the FBI and IRS, which he claims are attempting to suppress these individuals instead of protecting their rights.
While whistleblower protection laws are well-established in the U.S., Jordan argues that they only seem to be applied selectively.
Notably, he points out that the Democrats appeared to champion whistleblowers when they were uncovering issues related to Donald Trump.
However, the same regard seems to be missing when the whistleblowers turn their attention to Hunter Biden, resulting in what Jordan calls a “retaliatory response.”
Jordan, known for his hard-hitting rhetoric, didn’t stop there. He further claimed that these institutions have been exhibiting bias for a long time.
According to him, both the FBI and IRS previously targeted President Trump and his campaign without any credible evidence.
Today, he feels the same institutions are repeating their actions, this time targeting whistleblowers who dared to raise their voice against the unfair practices.

American democracy has always prided itself on the existence of whistleblower protection laws, laws that have been created to protect those brave enough to stand against corrupt practices.
However, it seems that these laws only serve their purpose when they align with a particular political narrative.
The recent allegations made by Rep. Jim Jordan of the FBI and IRS suppressing whistleblowers from the Hunter Biden investigation are a testament to this tragic double standard.
What happened to the championing of truth and transparency that Democrats displayed when whistleblowers stepped forward against President Trump? Are these values only to be upheld when they serve their interests?
The retaliation these whistleblowers are facing is an affront to the very spirit of the law that was designed to protect them.
What’s even more unsettling is that this isn’t an isolated incident.
Seven years ago, it was Jim Comey, Andrew McCabe, and Peter Strzok who unjustly targeted President Trump without any probable cause or substantial evidence.
Today, it’s the same institutions, now aiming their crosshairs at President Trump’s supporters and those who dare to question the political narrative.
This behavior highlights a dangerous trend within our institutions.
The very agencies designed to maintain law and order are exhibiting bias, targeting individuals based on their political leanings rather than their actions.
The question we need to ask ourselves is, how long will we allow such a blatant double standard to persist?
Our democracy deserves better, and it is high time we demand it.

Well i am sure if there are ANY FBI agency and DOJ are IRS that are honest they will do there best to punish them in many ways They are MAFIA and dont like those that rat on them to the public Surprised they have not come up missing BUT sure glad there are SOME with HONOR unlike most of them it seem

Biden was stealing documents for 40 plus years. Why do you think they set up the Penn Biden Think Tank? No visitor logs and perfect privacy to read and copy the classified documents. Every time a document was offered money came into their coffers from the CCP. Biden even involved Penn State and the Chinese donate 55 million$ to the University. Were the Bidens arranging for classified and research docs to be viewed and copied? One of the strikes in this fake Law-suit against Trump is THE ESPIONAGE ACT, which is exactly what the Bidens have been doing for years. In fact on News Max tonight, they were discussing the contents of the Lap-Top from Hell. It was said that one of Hunters letters on-line to someone at the CCP resembled a classified document. The wording was similar. Did Hunter copy the document and email it? Smells like Treason to me.
